I visited the Shepherdsville Moby Dick for my takeout order today. My order included Whale of a Sandwich, sm onion rings, Bratwurst, and small fries. The two ladies behind the counter were wonderful, polite, and very courteous to me. My order was completed in a timely manner. Several other customers came in while I waited for my order. Restaurant was very clean and looked updated. The best part was when I got home and my wife and I agreed that the food was as good as I remembered...

I love the food but everytime I go through there I feel like I'm pulling teeth just to get some tarter sauce. They are so cheap and stingy with their sauces. I ordered a family feast, which comes with 6 pieces of fish. I asked for 5 tarter sauces for the whole meal and they only give me 3. Food is great but the service sucks!!!!

Everything was amazing the workers the environment. The only thing I didn’t like has nothing to do with the store or employees it’s other customers I saw while I was there they get to frustrated with the employees because they We’re busy fixing people’s food and handing out orders my fellow customers BE MORE NICE TO THE EMPLOYEES they are nice to you be nice back if your RUDE of course there gonna be remember the old saying treat others the way you want to be treated....
