Good food, and super fast service.
Ordered online it was ready before the time they stated, got to the pickup window to pick it up and she pour me that one of my entrees weren't ready so she gave me a substitute and another item to make up for what they didn't have. Very polite. Will order again
Rude customer service. My Mother's Day meal was ruined. My baby is crying because she wanted to eat and we found huge long strands of black hair in the food. If my elderly dad finds the receipt we can get a refund. Otherwise we cannot get a refund. Used to be my favorite place to eat. But now I will not eat there again.
what’s the point of closing at 10:30PM if you pull all the food at 9:50PM so i can only pick from “whatever is left over” plus the lobby was locked shortly after i walked out, so just say you close at 10:00PM.
The lady at the drive through was so patient with me. I really appreciated that after a long day and drive.
It's not my favorite food, but it's good.
Terrible service and very little food. Cristian served me.

Stood in line 10-15 minutes while workers passed in front of me left and right without even acknowledging me or the others standing behind me. Honestly horrible customer service.

Every time I see the Panda Express sign or a nearby location, I feel a sense of happiness and comfort, knowing I’m about to have a decent meal. I first discovered Panda Express 23 years ago during a trip to San Diego, and it has been a reliable choice ever since.
Last month, my brother-in-law and I decided to eat there, and I was excited to order my favorite dish, Orange Chicken. Unfortunately, it was temporarily unavailable, so I opted for another dish that was unfamiliar to me—quite spicy and heavily seasoned.
To my surprise, about five minutes later, the young lady who had served me (I can’t recall her name) came over to let me know that my favorite dish was back in stock. She brought me a generous portion of the Orange Chicken, free of charge. I was delighted and truly satisfied, not just with the food but also with her kindness and attentiveness.
Her thoughtfulness really made my day, and I left feeling grateful for this unexpected gesture. Panda Express has always been a comforting choice for me, and experiences like these remind me why. I’m looking forward to my next visit, where I know I’ll feel right at home.

The young Asian lady was rude unprofessional not focused running around to take phone calls while checking out customers, Panda Express need to train the employees how to work, very bad customer service. Will never be back again.

They did not know the difference between their hot fire chicken and they're orange chicken very offensive dinning room was disgusting all tables were dirty when asked for correct food I got the same don't understand stupid look like most 3rd rate Chinese restaurants not impressed for my very first time an probably last time at this place major room for improvement almost $40 bucks for a horrible dinner for 2 an ended up telling them to keep the food without replacement due to the language barrier with what i assumed was management hard to tell no one really fit that description my date said to add that there facility was nowhere near a match for the Panda Express in Bowling Green and that they need to bring their standards up to match Bowling Green standards she said but for me if it's that bad on 1st attempt I don't give a 2nd to be disappointed. Management your more then welcome to reach out for help I would be glad to give pointers on how to achieve a 5 star level if interested good luck because it starts at front door with a clean environment upon entering.
