As a trucker & lover of panda express, I have been to many PE across the lower 48 states. THIS LOCATION IS BY FAR THE CLEANEST, MOST DELICIOUS LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! 100/10

Just got into town from the airport, 10:10 went to walk inside to get a to go order to bring home, doors locked. Disappointing

I come here to eat often on my lunch and they are always so nice and the food is always good. The employees are great and I love this panda express. Definitely my fav place to go in shep. I would recommend panda to anyone.

Ordered food. It took them forever to get it fixed. We started eating and the manager came over to our table and said “we are closing the dining room, you need to leave. 😮. We would have already been gone if it hadn’t taken them so long to get our food to us. Will never go back.

The food was luke warm at best, the prices seemed high for the small portions you got. As a first impression, I doubt I will go back again. I was not very impressed.

Terrible experience. Doors locked 45 minutes before closing. Employees hand gestures to use drive thru. Go to drive thru and told only have limited options and could choose between 3 items and rolls. If you dont like the hours, talk with ownership/management and change them and update them on doors and Google. If open, you need to have the full menu available. Just left.

Ordered online it was ready before the time they stated, got to the pickup window to pick it up and she pour me that one of my entrees weren't ready so she gave me a substitute and another item to make up for what they didn't have. Very polite. Will order again

Rude customer service. My Mother's Day meal was ruined. My baby is crying because she wanted to eat and we found huge long strands of black hair in the food. If my elderly dad finds the receipt we can get a refund. Otherwise we cannot get a refund. Used to be my favorite place to eat. But now I will not eat there again.

what’s the point of closing at 10:30PM if you pull all the food at 9:50PM so i can only pick from “whatever is left over” plus the lobby was locked shortly after i walked out, so just say you close at 10:00PM.
