Panera Bread

This location has turned my favorite restaurant into my least favorite. My fiance and I order breakfast from here on Saturday mornings (delivery). I do not recommend delivery because they NEVER get it right. Props to them though, they do find new and creative ways to mess up our order each week. Missing ingredients, missing sauces, forgetting items, making the item wrong, and overall poor food quality sometimes. I kept giving them chances because I’ve always loved Panera but this Panera is consistently awful. I’ve reached on via the app and it sends you a coupon, I’ve called the manager and asked for retraining of the staff, and I’ve reached out to corporate which they sent me $15 coupon. I JUST WANT WHAT I ORDERED!!!! I don’t want free stuff. Don’t order from here.

I have never seen so much mayo on a sandwich. The bun wouldn't stay on. Never going back again.

The young lady that took our order was so focused on looking at her screen that she did not hear what I was saying. She would ask questions for answers that I had already given her during my order. Must be new on the job.

The catering service is by far the best in the metro/Louisville area at this location.... Prompt and professional!

Stopped during a drive for lunch. One of the machines to input your order was broken, and no one was at the counter taking orders. Not their fault, they just seemed understaffed.
