Scheduled a take out order a day ahead of time for a Birthday party- 6 medium one topping with two 2 liter drinks and some plates , even after tip was added was under $60 , ...food was great and even done 5-10 minutes early than schedule pick up

I ordered a gluten-free pizza, but an original crust pizza was delivered instead. I called, and they stated they didn’t have any gluten-free pizza crust, so they decided to send a regular crust instead. I informed them that sending a regular crust in place of gluten-free AND LABELING THE BOX AS GLUTEN-FREE was very dangerous.

I also stated that I ordered 2 spicy garlic dips that I didn’t receive. The store manager said they didn’t see that on my order, but it clearly was ordered. I will not be going back.

Found a long dark hair embedded in pizza. What happened to wearing hair nets instead of ponytails below the shoulders?

The music was so loud and had so much profanity, I'm glad I didn't take my son in there.

Papa isn't the same anymore. The last few times we've ordered our pie isn't fully covered. There's gaps with no cheese or toppings are all on a few pieces. And I have to re-cut my pizza at home every time.

This is the third time that I’ve gotten the chicken parm bites from this location, where whoever made it obviously didn’t give a crap. This time the dough wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I tried getting wings for the first time and they were more like soggy chicken nuggets. Pappa John’s is usually pretty decent, but not this location

This is some false advertisement! I paid for a pepperoni pizza, not a pizza outlined with pepperoni.

Order a pizza for work gave detailed instructions what to do but just gave it to a random person. Cash only for now so I guess its really my fault trusting ppl to do what we pay for

If I could give negative stars I would. I spoke with someone on the phone because I was supposed to be able to redeem the deal for free delivery because I spent well over $25 and the rude person on the phone said they weren't gonna do it. I told them I spent well over the required amount and I heard them huffing and puffing over the phone like it was a bother to explain why I couldn't redeem the deal they were advertising. They replied in a harsh tone "I was told you can't redeem the deal, there's nothing I can do." I said I would not be returning due to false advertisment and horrible customer service and I got hung up on. The pizza isn't even good enough to fuss over. Just want people to know they should not waste their time for mediocre (at best) food.
