nice staff, but it makes my skin crawl to see no one wearing gloves fixing my food. especially when I walk out of the bathroom and see a girl digging in her butt for a wedgie and then putting veggies on my sub. don't think I will be back.

The place was not the cleanest and the person making my sandwich didn't use gloves while wrapping it

I ordered 2 sandwiches and a frie. I didn't open my bag before I left but why should I. Got all the way back to mt washington and went to get out the sandwiches and there was only one and a frie. Really!!!! You only had one job. To make sure the customer gets their food. The manager was suppose to call my husband back and she never did. Thank you for that by the way.

When the two guys are working including the one who looks like Jason memoa. The food is always good. If these two guys aren't working I leave. They are hard workers and very personable. Food is always made well. The restaurant is clean when they are there as well. Best penn station in the area.

What kind of place fires someone via text message without warning or providing an explanation?

It was my first time at a Penn Station, and I doubt I return. Upon entering the woman who took our order wasn't very pleasant. I felt like I was a waste of her time. The cost of two subs and two fries with one drink was $37 and change. I could have gotten a steak for that. And the sub wasn't anything special for that price. The fries were blah. The atmosphere wasn't kind on the eyes, so we left to eat our food elsewhere. I really think if they're going to continue to charge those kind of prices, they need to change some things to make it worth the money.

Went here last night and got 2 Chicken Parm sandwiches. Mine was fine but my daughter found a 2 inch piece of bone in her's. I am so thankful that she REALLY chews her food or that would have been a trip to the ER. I did let them know and they remade the sandwich but she just couldn't eat it. After that they were making sure they were cutting it up really good. All I can say is beware.
