Couldn't get a receipt because machine was out of paper, took too long to get food and when we did it wasn't right, took it back and when returned still wasn't right. Finally got it right on third try. Got water from drink fountain and it was mixed with soda. Showed to employee who gave me new cup. Tried a second time and it still had soda in it. Not sure why the place is so in the weeds as it is not crowded.

This place is a hot mess! They have messed up my order so many times a manager sent me “Goof Cards” in the mail. The expiration date was crossed out with sharpie and the initials “AK” written beside it. Tried to use one today and the girl working said its expired we cant accept this! 🤯 Geez get it together

Noah and Jaylen were friendly and quick with their service. I enjoyed the small talk we had while making my foo. Great vibes from those two. Will highly considering coming back on my next time through the area.

This is my absolute favorite Penn Station location! I drive truck and have been to many Penn Station locations across the country and these guys right here nail it everytime to perfection!!!

Literally the filthiest store. There is so much grease and food on the floor, the restrooms are filthy and two kids running it that have no idea What they are doing.

I was the second person in line. I ordered an artichoke sub and added chicken. The chicken was never added to the ticket and I waited 30 minutes to see 2 people that ordered after me and a call in order get their food before me. I've worked at pennstation, an artichoke sandwich without add ons doesn't take 30 minutes to cook. Go to any neighboring store and save $10 and 25 minutes of your time.

Update 7/24/2021.
Redeemed. Back to four stars. Perfect subs and fries. Hallelujah! Keep up the good work. I think the quality of the food corresponds to the age of the employees that are working. The gentleman that was working tonight made the perfect sandwiches and fries. The kids that usually work there seem to be the problem. They don't care about their jobs so they crank out bad quality. Thankfully someone actually knows what customer service is about at this location.
Update 5/28/2021.
I wish I could go with negative stars. This is the worst location for food quality. After almost 6 months I wanted to give them one more shot. It was a fail. If I just wanted a loaf of bread and nothing inside, I would have asked for exactly that. At leat THIS time the fries were on point. I will not be back.
Update 12/2/20.
Changed from 2 stars down to 1.
I will absolutely not be back to Penn Station. They skimp on the meat, the bread had gotten smaller/thinner, and the amount of fries they give is laughable, and undercooked. THIS IS NOT the Penn Station that I knew and used to love. Good luck.
Update. Got fries today, 9/4/20. They were not done and they were super soggy. Worst experience at a Penn Station ever. I doubt I'll be back. They seemed rushed for some reason.
Changed my rating from three stars down to two.
My original review, when they were usually good:
The sandwiches are usually pretty good. The consistency of the sandwiches vary form day to day. One day there's extra meat, other days there's hardly any meat, and one day there's just the right amount of meat on the sandwich. I'll raise my rating once I see there is consistency of how the food is made.
Took thirty minutes to get two sandwiches, it was busy and the girls seemed newer however I would add another to the shift if they are struggling that badly to get sandwiches out. Food was great !

This time was not as nearly as good as prior visit last month so somewhat disappointing. Bread seemed underbaked and not crispy. Plenty of meat but darn few veggies. Store was busy (buy one get one free day) but seemed clean. Training a new person probably set their service back but glad they were able to find a new employee! Will give them another try and update review if warranted.

nice staff, but it makes my skin crawl to see no one wearing gloves fixing my food. especially when I walk out of the bathroom and see a girl digging in her butt for a wedgie and then putting veggies on my sub. don't think I will be back.
The place was not the cleanest and the person making my sandwich didn't use gloves while wrapping it
