Been a while since I had pizza from here. This time the food was fresh and hot. Nothing tasted old and like shoe leather.

I used to really enjoy the cinnabons as tasty treats. As a matter of fact i typically always get them, but after this visit, NEVER AGAIN. For $8.00 now i have to put my own icing on no thanks.

I ordered a pizza from this location on August 31st, 2025. I had hair in my pizza. Called to let them know and spoke to Samantha. She told me she would apply a credit for the next time I dine. Speed up to 10-1-25 i called to order lunch, wanted to apply the credit that was applied to my account. I was told they have no record nor have I ever ordered at this location. The gentleman was very rude and told me I was a liar. I have the email to support that I ordered at this particular location. I am very disappointed. I had to throw away my pizza in August because I refuse to eat a pizza with someone else's hair in it. Now im completely out of my money! I would never go to this establishment again!

Service and food quality was awesome, but I was immediately afraid to eat the food after seeing how nasty the carryout/order area was. The floor was so dirty and sticky that my shoes were literally sticking to the parking lot asphalt all the way to my car. Ridiuculous. This is not a dine in restaurant, just a 10'x6' cash register area only. How d*mn hard is it to spend 10 minutes mopping the floor? If this is any indication of the cleanliness of their food prep area, I pray to God that I didn't get food poisoning tonight.

Gone down hill...waited longer then what they said, come in to stand and see the guy handling the pizza sneeze in his hand 3 times wipe it on his pants then go back to making pizza NO GLOVES plus they forgot one of my pizzas didn't even make it no hospitality really.

Worst pizza and cheese sticks we have had in a long time. We used to eat Pizza Hut all the time years ago but they have went way down hill. Will not be going back to Pizza Hut.

Updated from 5 years ago. It's 12/12/24 now and they once again have GREAT TASTING FOOD! Always fresh and hot plus they actually add extra sauce as requested. Good prices too.
Just ordered using reward points and a voucher for $15 for a previously bad experience involving missing food. Upon arriving to pick up my order I learn it was given away to someone else. So I wait for another 20 minutes for them to remake my order, only to overhear that they only had one pizza done and hadn't even started on my other ordered menu items. Ended up just leaving the store.

I just ordered delivery. I am not upset that it showed up 25 mins longer than they said. I am however, upset that when it showed up it had food missing and all the dips, when I called ro let them know and offer to drive up there and get it, they switched me back and forth 3 times to someone who couldn't completely understand me and continue to ask me if I want delivery or carry out only to tell me that there is nothing they can do, I need to call corporate....I ordered from here several times a month...never again
