Me and my girlfriend walked up to Rally's to get something to eat at 7:00 pm but when we got there the windows was not open there was people in there but they would not give me any food so we had to go somewhere else to eat if you want food make sure you get there before 2 shift

We sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes, they did come across the speaker saying that they were busy after we waited 5 minutes, but we were the ONLY customers they had where we was there. Then after we got to the window they took our money and asked us to pull up and park to wait some more! We sit there for 7 more minutes waiting for our food. The only problem with the food was they forgot bacon on one of our cheeseburgers. Other than that, the food was good.

I go out of my way to go to this particular Rally's. It's clean and I trust the people making my food to do it properly. When you're standing at the window picking up your order you can see inside the window where they're making the food. It's a well-round kitchen and I appreciate that. The brisket sandwich is really good.

Rolled up to the window in my wheelchair. So.eine was there to me quickly and took my order. I was so happy to see that Rally's has a place at the outdoor tables for a wherlchair. So few places do. The food came quick and was right and really good.
