The manager allows young punks to hang outside. They make rude comments to the customers. If she keeps this up they will surly shut the doors.

I stop at this location like once, sometimes twice, per month. My order has always been correct, fresh,fast and really good. The only reason for the 3 stars on atmosphere is because the city of Shepherdsville is a tiny bit sketchy, and that's nothing Rally's could fix.
Always friendly and fast. The fries...yum. My kids love the chicken bite boxes and sometimes we stop by for ice cream cones and pup cup!

This location is one of the best Rally's around. The only problem we have encountered is the woman at the drive through who has the personality of a wet stick. Her customer skills are lacking and her persona puts of the vibes that she does not want to be there or be bothered by the customer. The receipt has her name as Cynthia. The only reason I gave atmosphere and service a four-star rating in because of the great customer service from others I have encountered at this location. If I were to rate Cynthia ,alone, I would have been too generous giving her a one-star rating.

Had To go back to edit my review. On Friday morning around 10am I went to order, only to be met with the rudest person I have ever met in customer service. Totally unprovoked because I am kind and not rude, but you could tell this lady absolutely hated her job and her eye rolls and snarky tone towards customers definitely proved that. There was a nice young man working there who you could tell was probably embarrassed with just how rude she was being for no reason. I went here often, but i will not be back going forward.
