I stop at this location like once, sometimes twice, per month. My order has always been correct, fresh,fast and really good. The only reason for the 3 stars on atmosphere is because the city of Shepherdsville is a tiny bit sketchy, and that's nothing Rally's could fix.

This location is one of the best Rally's around. The only problem we have encountered is the woman at the drive through who has the personality of a wet stick. Her customer skills are lacking and her persona puts of the vibes that she does not want to be there or be bothered by the customer. The receipt has her name as Cynthia. The only reason I gave atmosphere and service a four-star rating in because of the great customer service from others I have encountered at this...

I came for lunch on a Beautiful Monday morning. Cynthia handled my order. Everything was fresh. The fries were fresh. I was served my food with a smile. You can tell this Rally's is managed well. I would know I've been to very many of em lol. Nice job Cynthia. I can tell you care about your store.
