Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

First of all it took 10 minutes before we started ordering, Then all of the food in the trays had not been replaced since the morning and clearly been sitting a long time.The refried beans had a thick layer of crust on them as well as the hamburger. We prefer that our black beans do not have much juice in them and requested as such. The tray however was empty which is fine, but she got a new one. Instead of replacing and serving us the new one she tried to give us the old beans and then when she got the new ones we had to ask for them instead of being served fresh food.

Love this place! I eat here several times a week and it never disappoints. Friendly staff, extremely clean, and always fresh ingredients. Some of the best tortilla chips you’ll find. I usually go quesadilla or taco salad in a shell, but the menu is terrific top to bottom. They are a great catering option for events! I met the owner one day and she was very kind. 5 Stars ⭐️

This is our 3rd time visiting this location. Once during grand opening, another time and then again today and unfortunately our experiences were consistent all 3 times. Food
Is mediocre but cold or they have been out of something each time, wait time is long even when the lines weren’t and customer service is certainly lacking. We try to give establishments several chances before leaving reviews or deciding we won’t be back, today was our last visit. Today a woman walked in and went straight to the register to order several pounds of meat, the employees left our burritos sitting at the counter to take her order, cash her out and make all of her food prior to ringing us up when we were in line and had ordered first. Our food was obviously cold at that point. Meanwhile, the woman behind us started screaming that she has been waiting in line for 15 minutes and ended up walking out the door. Fix the timing when ordering and customer service to keep customers coming back.
