I haven't been to sonic in a long time. This was my first time at this sonic. The staff was great the food was not what I remember it being. The food was hot and fresh but it wasn't what I remember. The drinks are big which I guess is what they want to be known for. The medium fry i got was the smallest fry I think ive ever received. I don't know how they could have made it smaller for a small but companies are being cheap. After spending $12 for a meal I honestly would rather have stopped at thortons or another gas station and got their hotdogs or hamburgers there along with a larger drink. It would have been cheaper and at worst the same quality.

HORRIBLE!!! The worst experience I've ever had. They've only served two cars and I've been here for over 30 minutes. I still haven't received my food. They just came up to me to tell me they didn't have my drinks.

Trash overflowing. Lot was dirty. Waited over 6 minutes for a soda. Attendant seemed unimpressed with the order or tip. I had to ask for the receipt.

They dont wait on you at the pull in signs they dont wait on you at the drive thru. They leave you sitting for an hour till you pull around and use the sign in the picnic area. Whomever owns this Sonic needs to either care about it or close it down. This place is horrid.

There is something seriously wrong at this business . it takes up to 10 minutes or longer for recognizing you as a customer to take your order and the wait is longer to get your drinks-forget ordering food . a man drive off behind me because they never asked him for his order . its been18 minutes for 2 Cherry Limeades and I was first in line . Wow

I have been to this location multiple times and it's always something here. ice cream machine is broken weekly. manager today was straight up rude. don't go here expecting good service or getting your order correct. I don't think I can say enough negative things about this place.

Sat there for 10 minutes two people asked me if anyone had spoken I said no and no one still didn't take my order.
wife wanted the big dill deal and we checked what came on it. so we ordered it and got back to hotel and there were onions on it which was not listed on the website. wife only ate half of it plus she wanted tater tots and got fries. my burgers were ok but didn't look like there was no ketchup on it. we've had worse service at other places but this was probably in bottom 30%.

I come from south Texas. Sonic is great! I've been to the other locations scatrered around Louisville and the one in Southern Indiana. This particular one is unfortunately terrible. I have tried FOUR times to eat here, and each time given up after waiting 10+minutes for someone to take my order, both at the drive-thru and stalls. I don't know what the story is here, but I'm shocked this location even manages to stay open with such terrible customer service.

They need help 33 mins to get 2 drinks and there was no other customers it's ridiculous and the place is falling apart screens don't work bathrooms are never open and drive thru is literally falling apart
