NO tater tots, NO corn dogs, NO coffee, NO ranch, NO strawberries, NO dragonfrut and absolutely NO customer service or urgency. They moved as slow as snails. They had to keep coming out to tell us they were out of something. Each time we would ask for something they would say okay. Then go back in and wait then come back and say they don’t have that. Completely wasting our time.

Took us 30 minutes to get our food. The fries and chicken were burnt. We didn’t get our chili cheese tots. They were out of milk. I was told their manager was unable to give us a partial refund for the missing item. I will forever tell my husband NO when he asks if we should get Sonic.

Took forever to get my food, when I order the cashier said they were out of most drinks and Ice cream but they had sprite and diet. My frys where not edible, I order a double bacon cheeseburger combo with a large sprite, the burger was a single with no bacon and the sprite was soda water. Don't waste your money here.

I got a #12 which is chicken strips. I got a three piece with tots and Powerade. I also got large mozzarella cheese sticks which comes with 8 cheese sticks but instead I got 4 which is a small and paid $7 and they were out of marinerasause. The only thing that could give this store a 2 star was the mint and the mint was not found nether was napkins. Our server was nice but gave us ketchup in a cup instead of packets and they did not give me a lot.

Gave atmosphere a 2 cuz dude managing was nice but I never got to order or eat food. So disappointed for cuz im starving for a chili cheese dog with tater tots and a strawberry slushie im pissed fr. About to go bake some damn chicken now instead.! Lame as hell anyways the girl running the food needs to run at the gym I’m sorry that girl is dragging her feet taking one item at a time to the car cup at a time straw at a time I didn’t even know how to take it fr.!! Who ever raised that girl needs to be jailed and who hired her lol send her home!!!

Went through the drive thru.. They were slower than Christmas. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 chili dogs. Aren't hotdogs already done and chili. All they had to do was put it together.. I hit the window with my cane. And they never came to see what I needed.. It's like they fell asleep.. Hotdog wasn't even warm.. And chili was cold.. Nothing has gotten any better. Bad service.
