It was mostly water and when I mentioned it to the barista. She said that's the way we make Americanos.I've been to several starbucks starbucks and never had a such water down americano....also It was so filled to the top.I had to ask Her to pour some out.She did but her attitude was less than nice. We're traveling and really needed coffee. That wasn't the place to go unfortunately.

Giving a medium score. Drinks are usually ok and correct, but sometimes the workers act odd. For example, my wife just went through the drive-through, she ordered four drinks through the mobile app, while we were sitting in a parking lot just down the street. There were only two cars in front of us. So we went ahead and went up to the drive-through because no one was waiting at the speaker. They were seemingly not very busy. She told the person at the speaker that she had a mobile order, but it might not be ready yet because we just put it in, and the person at the speaker was nice and said that’s fine. Go ahead and pull around. When we get to the window, some girl hands her one drink and says “if you place a mobile order, you need to wait at least two minutes before you come to the speaker” OK… It’s not that I care that she was informing us of a company policy or order, but we don’t keep a copy of the Starbucks handbook rules in the car, we don’t know what order your mobile orders and drive-through orders are placed in or processed in. And honestly…we don’t care. So I guess thanks for letting us know we need to wait? She also said, “I was gonna tell you to pull around and wait, but I went ahead and made them” also, OK… So what? If you need me to wait, you need me to wait. You did me a big favor by making the drinks that I ordered? What do you want from me, lady? And then telling me rudely that you made them? The issue is we already told you that we were aware that we had just placed it and we didn’t mind waiting. So why come to the window and reiterate something that had already been said, number one, number two why say it with an attitude? Number three, when my wife just responded OK, obviously annoyed by her, She made a comment under her breath, “well I’m just trying to be nice.” when she in fact, absolutely was not being nice about it. The nice thing to do would have just been to tell us to pull around or just make them and keep your rude comments to yourself. Then she proceeded to speak to her coworkers about it, and you could hear them laughing through the window. Kind of garbage if you ask me. How are you a victim of someone in the drive-through when you were the one that said something rude to begin with? Guess what wouldn’t have happened? All of it. Absolutely nothing would have happened if you just made the drinks and went on with your life.
But sure, you’re a victim🙄 We’ve worked in food service, we’ve worked in retail, we get it. We’re reasonable people. But what’s harder to tolerate as you get older, is that attitude. That same girl didn’t come back to the window, and another girl with glasses handed me the rest of my drinks, she was actually very nice, she even asked me if I wanted a drink carrier, and even though I said no, she put them in a drink carrier anyway, but guess what? it didn’t make me mad, because she had a good attitude when she handed them to me. Makes a difference! We honestly come to Starbucks expecting a really nice experience. And at most locations I do have that. We consider it a treat for ourselves, and it makes my wife really happy. Your business is a luxury. Maybe just be nice or follow the old “say nothing at all…”
Also, just a random comment, but why is every Starbucks parking lot the absolute worst? Do they build these places with the intention of just pure chaos every time? Who designs the exits and drive-through space? Yikes.

Que cera cera. A steal at 1/2 the price. Over cooked beans and over worked baristas. U get what u pay for when one fails to unionize.

This location has really went down with actually given you what you order. The last several times, my white choc mocha taste like water. And the extra white choc I ordered is never added. I can go to any other location, and it is exactly how I order. At this location, it always taste watered down and has no taste. I’m frustrated and tired of spending the money and never getting what I order.

I work in Shelbyville and at this Starbucks 2 to 3 times a week usually for the same drink, Iced Brown sugar Oat Expresso. I have been buying the koia vanilla bean drink on the side because there is so much ice in the drink that there is very little drink. But today is the reason I've had enough, there was so much ice in the Venti drink that only 1/4 was liquid! The app does not have the option on this drink to request light ice. Even still you would think the server would be realistic on the ice amount. Unless they are taught in training 'pack as much ice as you can't . I sure hope not because that is not good service for repeat customers.

We went through this drive thru and I only have issues with people that disrespect my sister I was with her and she is almost deaf and partially blind so the menu is very hard to read so when she was ordering the girl at the window wanted to have an attitude when she was ordering a caramel drink instead of just telling her what the drink were offered where we were talking about she decides that she's going to put Vivian the manager on the mic Vivian had an attitude from the beginning with my sister also my sister said she didn't care what the issue was that she had issues seeing the menu she orders the same things and he said if you're going to use that kind of language then I'm not going to serve you what was sad is this service sucks I'm sorry if that's something bad to say and I even apologized to him not my sister but to him and he still wanted to push his authority around I will never go back to this Starbucks this person should not be representing your company as a manager if that's what they are because you do not do customer service that way and I've noticed if you have any kind of handicapped or anything disability the people that work at your Starbucks make fun of you that's not the way to be and that's not very Godly at all I apologize for saying the word suck with an S but that really did suck that customer service SUCKED that was half given to her I'm ashamed to even have to point out other's faults but that's how it is here at this place of business.

Wow - super organized and fast! The drive thru line was super long so we went in and they got us in and out in less than five minutes in addition to that unfortunate drive thru line, that just kept growing. Thanks for serving us!

Very bad attitude that of the big size boy who attends arrived and my app said that my drinks was ready which was not and in a very bad way he told me if you want to (cancel ok bye )that's not the way to treat customers that we go every day we have to consume they should have better customer service.
