I was the only car in the drive thru and waited a full 10 minutes for my coffee. Drove away and found out my coffee was made incorrectly and was so bitter it was undrinkable.

I mean, honestly, it's what you expect. Friendly staff, coffee drinks, and over priced foods. And of course had great coffee smell. Like you stepped into a candle or somethin like that.
Has cute patio-if you don't mind DYING from the heat of Kentucky. :)

Great location. Coffee is generally consistent and great. Staff are nice. The parking lot is hard to manage at times.

Restaurantji Recommends
Honestly, I get the same drink every time I order. I have for 3 years now. It's a great place; drinks are good, but the price is higher than most other coffee places. Usually, I have a great experience, but lately, when I requested oat milk instead of whole milk, I still got whole, which, being lactose intolerant, kinda sucks. Still, though, this one is great, and I would recommend it.

I go here quite a bit and the service is usually great however the girl in the drive thru this morning - really put new meaning to the term “gen z state.” As I’m pulling up to the window her hand is already out of the window with my drink. I get up there and there’s no “hello” just her saying “$6.11.” So I show her my phone to scan, she scans it, hands me my drink, and I wait a few seconds to just make sure everything is good. She doesn’t say anything so I start rolling up my window (it was pouring) and start inching forward. She starts yelling “$6.11, $6.11!” So I say “did it not go thru?” And she just stares at me, so I ask her again. Finally she says “there’s no money on the card.”
Well what happened is I guess the app switched from my debit to an old gift card. No biggie, and I gave her the correct card and again waited to make sure before driving off. There was no communication, just her staring with a blank face. Finally I confirmed and went on my way.
I just don’t understand how people in a customer facing position don’t have any kind of customer service abilities or simply the ability to communicate. I’m not that old, but what happened to people greeting people, saying good morning, or even simple acknowledgment.
