Horrible service.

After waiting over 15 min to check out, I said my hot sandwich is probably cold by now. Mgr said to subway, remake it. She refused.

Im a truck driver and have 10 years managing experience in customer service in 5 star hotels. I have been all over states and always choose subway to another fast-food, as i feel it fresh and tasty. And service was always perfect until today, when i encountered the lady by the name Cassy ( not sure about spelling). She has been very rude for no reason and arguing, as I’m some kind of stupid guy. So let me tell my experience here:
I requested to prepare the meal of the day, which means it includes drink and chips or cookies. She prepared a sandwich, but when it was a time to pay, there was another lady( name starts with letter N)at the cashier, she asked i want anything else. Not chips or cookies. I have replied that I just wanna meal, guessing she is offering some other product. And suddenly Cassy decided to rudely talk to me telling me: “what do u want, she cannot guess whats in your mind. Tell her you want cookie or chips.” I was shocked and replied to her that no need to be rude, i just said i don’t need anything apart from my meal and i want cookies. I really don’t understand what is wrong with her, no mood or bad day. But you have to be professional. I would understand if i was rude, disrespectful or difficult. So please be aware of this place and hopefully management reads reviews and works on them.

Went in with a coupon for a promotion from subway when I asked the the girl making the sandwiches if they accepted the coupon. She said as long as it scan.
After we had three sandwiches made and I went to pay, The lady taking my payment informed me that they absolutely do not participate in coupons. So I ended up paying twice what I should have paid.
Told the lady I wanted a little bit of Mayonnaise. And she just smothered the sandwich .
Did not follow directions and was just overall rude.

Unsanitary Practices at Subway in Shepherdsville?
I recently visited the Subway connected to the Loves in Shepherdsville, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing and unsanitary experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.
When I went in, everything seemed fine at first. I ordered a tuna sandwich and watched as the employee began preparing it. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The employee took off his glasses using the gloves he was wearing to prepare my food, then put his glasses back on, touching them with his bare hands. He also wiped his forehead with his pinky fingers and then resumed making my sandwich without changing his gloves. To top it off, when a tomato slice fell off the sandwich onto the prep board, he picked it up and placed it back on the sandwich.
I was pretty disgusted by what I saw, but I tried to give it a chance and took a couple of bites. However, I couldn’t shake the feeling of how unsanitary the whole situation was, and I ended up throwing the sandwich away. It’s not even about the money; it’s about the fact that basic hygiene wasn’t observed, and that’s something that’s critical in a place where food is being prepared and served.
I hope that the management takes this seriously and improves the training and practices of their staff. Food safety should always be a top priority, and this experience fell far short of that standard.

Fun fact: The restaurant was called “Pete's Super Submarines” because submarine sandwiches were the menu specialty. In 1966 DeLuca and Buck incorporated a company called Doctor's Associates. DeLuca later identified the doctor as Buck and the associate as himself.

Just be careful going in late. Since this one's 24 hours I'm not sure when they swap everything out and put new ingredients in, or close the containers so the meats not just sitting out for hours. I went in and got a couple sandwiches late at night. The meatball container had a two day old date on it, hopefully haven't been sitting there all day and possibly yesterday. The sandwiches I got the meat looked like it was like folding up on the edges once he put it on my sandwich, like it's just been sitting there for awhile. Only one person working also, I was ready to check out after he made my sandwiches. And instead of just cashing me out he went ahead and made the guy after mes sandwiches too so I was there just waiting for my soggy meat sandwich.
