I went to Subway to order an Italian footlong, and the employee Stacy was not only extremely rude but showed clear racist behavior. She treated other customers normally, but when it was my turn, her tone changed—she spoke sharply, refused to answer simple questions, and acted as if serving me was a burden. She made dismissive comments under her breath and rushed me through the order while giving everyone else patience and courtesy. Her attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made me feel unwelcome. Management needs to address this immediately, because no customer should deal with that kind of behavior.

I ordered a steak sub, once I got to the register I was told they are only allowed to ring in a Philly. That’s an up charge for double cheese. I don’t like cheese and prefer not to have it at all. So seems like you are bolstering your cheese inventory at the cost of the customer. Scammy. Steak sub is 9.99 on YOUR menu. Instead charges me 11.39. RIP OFF. The excuse “our manager says that we have to do it this way”. That’s stealing from your customers.

Today I visit the restaurant and the person who attended me, a girl with quite large glasses, said that the j*** clients have already arrived, I did not answer her because I do not put myself at her level, I do not recommend this place very disrespectful!
9:50 pm store doesn't close until 10pm. Customers were turned away befor closing time. This is not very professional especially when the location is in a truck stop with hungry travelers waiting in line.

Sign says cash only. So we get cash at the ATM 4$ charge. Then the subway lady says oven isn't working and we said we want it cold. Subway lady says get it off the grab and go fridge.. we check the grab and go fridge and the subs didn't have a time or date when they were made.. we go back to the subway lady and she had 3people in line making them subs. If you don't serve a certain race/ species/ gender of people just say so...
