It's Taco Bell. They've moved to the kiosk ordering model. You can order at the counter but you have to get someone's attention. As is typical, when you order on the kiosk, you have to remind them to give you your drink cup. The dining area usually needs attention. Taco Bell corporate has obviously prioritized drive-thru & carry-out to dine in customers.

I haven't eaten Taco Bell in an extremely long time, and there might be a reason for it. They did make it right. Just glad I hadn't drove off when I went to eat my taco...lol

I was in a long line waiting to place my order. I pulled up the menu to help make up my mind. When I got to order I place my order and when I went to pay it was Over $5 more than what it said online, when I mentioned they over charged me she said oh you have to order onlin for that price. I want be back!!
