What's the point of going through the drive-thru if you're going to send all or most of your customers to park and wait for their food. Also it is a very bad experience to come and order something just to see an angry face at the window.

This is what to expect of the food quality when you go here. Avoid this taco bell go to the one in Shepherdsville and save yourself time and money. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful!!!

Stopped quick to grab some food from here. To my understanding this restaurant closes at 3am. So that was the whole point of me stopping here. Btw I drive a semi truck so I parked at the Pilot. I walked over the lobby was closed. So I then proceeded to drive thru window. I was denied service because I wasn't in a regular vehicle. Ive been to so many other fast food restaurants and they've allowed for me to order at drive thru window. This was extremely upsetting. I hope management changes this. There are many drivers that are in need of food at these hours.

Ordered 4 Doritos locos tacos with fiery sauce. When I got to work I realized I had no napkins and they only gave me 2 packages of the sauce ( I had 4 tacos). I also ordered nacho cheese and there were not more than 5-6 nacho chips. Just look at what they advertise and what you actually get.

Waited over 20 minutes for 2 burritos and 2 tacos. The drink dispenser didn’t work. After we told them they awarded us with blank stares then after finishing whatever she was doing on her cell phone one worker offered to fill our cups from behind the counter. We were given the most vile tasting drink ever. Do Yourself a favor do not go here.

Came in around 11 me and a couple truckers to buy food they turned us all around and said we couldn’t order thru the drive thru because we were in a semi. But let there family members in shortly after . I think it’s pretty unprofessional and ghetto. They lost lots of money because of it . Truckers bring in lots a money due to where your location is. Hope for better experiences for the future. Turned many more around
