No one was there! We walked in around 2:15pm, a few hours after they opened according to their sign. All the lights along with everything else, were turned off. It was pitch black inside. We stood by the “Wait to be seated” sign by the door for about 5 minutes, and even called out to see if anyone was there, with no response.
I guess they don’t want anyone’s business. The “Open” sign was lit up, cars in the parking lot, unlock front door, but not a human being in sight. We had to drive to the Radcliffe location to eat.

Server was nice and food was great but 2 people went to the mens restroom and it was awful. Nothing flushed and smell was bad! This needs to be fixed asap!

Personally, I enjoyed the food I ordered from Fish House. I got the perch with the salt/pepper batter, fries, hush puppies, and tater tots. No complaints from me at all! It was a lot of food for $15. A friend ordered the shrimp cocktail and thought it tasted like it had been sitting in water, and a couple people in our party ordered the catfish and thought it wasn’t seasoned at all. I think the servers were a little overwhelmed but they were really sweet and apologetic. It was a cool stop on our way back to Louisville from bourbon and wine tastings.

Food was either overcooked on some items and even undercooked with other items.

I love going to the fish house whenever we are in shepherdsville. Food is great. And Tandem is one of the best servers I know. She is polite, funny, and great to have as a server.

Stopped here for lunch on the way through town. Menu has lots of options, and service was fast and friendly. The grilled shrimp philly and lobster roll sandwich were good, served with crispy fries. Saved this spot for the next time I'm in town!
