Guy was nice in drivethru even though you could tell he was having a bad night. Food was good. Son loved the spicy chicken sandwich. Said it was the hottest one he had which is good.

Not 1 star, I give ZERO! Long wait at drive thru just to get cold food! Hard old nuggets and nasty chili with big chunks of hard hamburger in it! Cold fries, pretty sure they got them from trash can! Just disgusting! Won’t be back! 🤢

Stopped here to get lunch, there was a homeless man with dog in lobby. Employees at counter cussing. Went to counter to order at 10:30 am, employees just looking at me, not worried about talking my order. So I left. This location is terrible, never again.

We waited in drive thru for about 20 minutes. Gave order, had to repeat two more times and this was with a manager doing the order taking. Had to wait for a salad to be made. Tortilla chips for taco salad were old and stale. Horrible customer service but I guess it was faster than White Castle across the street.

It was a pitiful experience! when we pulled up she asked to take our order but couldn't even think for hearing the conversation she was having with someone she was working with. ordered two 10 piece nugget meals, and a 4 piece.. put no sauce without asking so had to ask that additionally and be told to remind them because they will forget. fries were ice cold, soggy & down right gross.. when I opened my Jr cheeseburger, an odor came from the burger that smelled rotted.. bun was stale with a crunch, a couple of days and it would be toast.. sauces they put in my bag for nuggets were open & spilled all over ALL of the food.
