Their ketchup up is awful MFG tastes like vinegar. Something you'd expect at a cheap fair. Do not eat hear unless your going to your house to a vottle of henize. It's really unbearable.

Out of drinks except sparking water, and water at machine in dining area. All Coke products in the building. Wife got a Cinnabon was hard as a rock, couldn't even put her fork in it. She ended up getting her money back on it. I got a chili it was luke warm at best.

They are rude! I have a bunch of boys in my house So I asked for three biggie bags. The lady said how many with a so I asked for three biggie bags. The lady said how many with an attitude… Like excuse me ?!? Does it really matter how many or whatever somebody orders?You always have to wait for forever. There is three people pulled to the side waiting on Food right now there was nobody here when we got here and now we’re all sitting here and have been sitting here for over 10 minutes. It’s ridiculous.

Stopped on drive home. Dirty very bathrooms and they smelled horrible. Staff was rude. No napkins, drink fountain was out of almost everything. Our order was not correct and other customers coming in with wrong orders while we were at counter. It was a bad experience. We travel along and was the worst in a while

Bathroom floor had water all over it. Perhaps a sewage leak around south stalls...or through wall from kitchen?
We ordered breakfast this morning from the Shepherdsville location and the food was awful. The sausage egg & cheese croissant was missing the cheese, the cinnamon pull apart wouldn't even pull apart because it was so hard, the sausage egg biscuit was like ice and the French toast was burnt. Not sure what was going on there this morning but I won't order food from there again.

I placed an online order, but they didn’t have the family chili we ordered or the potatoes. I informed the manager that I wished to place an alternative order. I waited and observed as they took another family’s order, and they received their food before I was asked about my presence, giving the impression that I had been forgotten. Highly unprofessional and it’s honestly a lot of these restaurants in Shepherdsville that has went downhill like the KFC here 👎👎

My partner had gotten us a meal, I wasn’t that hungry so just ate the fries and drank the drink. Not sure which of the 2 caused it but it now feels like I have dysentery. These were the only things I’ve had to eat and drink since I woke up. But damn they messed my stomach and asshole UP, I’m still dealing with the consequences.

I was driving through on my way to GA. Went through the drive through and the tap option wasn’t working so I had to hand her the card. I watched her swipe it and then she did something weird. She took the card and reached down lower w it (this was very quick) then handed the card back to me. I was suspicious and when I arrived in GA that evening I checked my transactions and there was a $139 Amazon charge on my account. I believe that when I went through the drive through this young woman stole my card number. Be aware!!
