I love wendys but this Shepherdsville ky location is the worst 50 minute drive through wait on a mobile order food was old and cold they said under staffed but I seen 4 people working not my fault you can't keep employees they should have closed the dine in down and done drive thru only but hey just my opinion

They DO NOT honor their posted lobby hours. If you are traveling with a trailer or large RV, don’t expect them to be open for you in the lobby. You have to use their drive through (if you can fit)

One of the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Most days they close and lock the inside before 8:00pm. Then you are forced to wait in the drive-through and that is a nightmare. It will easily take 30 minutes to get your food if there are four cars ahead of you. Beware.

I grew up in Shepherdsville and I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for 20+ years. They have always been slow and that’s not the main reason for this review. The reason for this review is because I was waiting in line with only 1 car in front of me for 30 minutes. I would have drove off but they took my money to pay within 5 minutes. I watched 3 cars order behind pull out of line and leave. All the orders were wasted. The thing that upset me most was when I got my food it tasted hours old! The fries were warm but hard and nasty. The nuggets didn’t even look like chicken when I broke them a part.So please help me understand why I waited so long?The manager Ms. Joey replaced my order and was very nice and understanding. I have them a 2 star because of her and a 3 star because in love my city.

I don't know what's going on with the Wendy's In Shepherdsville But it has gone downhill!!! My burger was definitely NOT cooked fresh!!!..There wasn't any ice in the soda machine!!!..and then the redhead at the counter had an ATTITUDE, NOT just with me but with a customer that was ahead of Me..Tried to give them another chance...BIG MISTAKE!!!!!...*Update (3/7'24)... tried it again this place still SUCKS!!!!!!...

Went there for breakfast on my break. 8 minutes later after being told 1 minute I said "Hello, are you there?". The lady then rudely said "you don't have to wait here, there are other places to eat around here'. Only 1 other car in the drive thru and they were sitting at the window the entire time. Rude disgusting behavior.
