Always one of my all time favorite restaurants! The staff are always super nice and the food is good quality for the price!!

So this is for night shift. Me and my mother came through the drive thru, and the night shift had a I don't care attitude, we received sliders and there was no way they were fresh and We shouldn't have to come back to complain about this when Even we can tell them burgers been sitting for a hour or more, Then there were a few that were fresh, we ate those and we all been throwing up sick, Our doctor believes it is food poisoning, you all need to do better

I sat in drive thru for 15 mins. Then made the mistake of going in thinking it would be better. It wasnt. 10 mins to get them to take my order. Im the only one in there. Because the 1 person in front of me walked out. This location has been getting worse everytime I come in here. If my grand kids didnt want white castle I wouldn't be coming here. I say avoid at all cost if you can.

From Detroit..we know White Castle ...this was not it ..place was run by teenagers..waiting for 15mins just to order...only to get stale fries and old chicken rings...sliders were grease soaked thru the buns....I was on a road trip and had to stop again to get something that I could eat...

Took 30 minutes to get our food ... Didn't give us a cheeseburger that we paid for..... Service was rude and not good.... Asked for a refund they said no it was done. And threw cold incomplete order at us.... My wife and I will never eat at this location again!... Ps was supposed to be dine in, we took it to go when they said they'd resubmit the order. Just an overall terrible experience!

Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru ordering station then person had trouble with the order. I cancelled and left the location.

went to the drive thru, had to wait 10 minutes for the order taker to take our order(there was no one in front of us), we order some cheese sliders and mozzerella sticks, the sticks were almost cooked, had a wangy taste, but the worst part was the burgers, so cold i thought they were raw, so we didnt eat them, so $20 in the trash for no reason. doubt i will ever stop here again
