They were swamped with customers the 5 person staff was overwhelmed ! Surprisingly our white castles and fries were great. The tables were dirty but the entire staff was busy stacking and packing. Be sure to get enough condiments before leaving the counter though! As if you don't have an inside order coming up they all focus on the the drive thru and it was soo busy I didn't get my extra ketchup stood there for 8 minutes and finally said the heck with it!

I have def noticed during my visits to the shepherdsville white castle that they have been severely under staffed through no fault of the people that are there working. The staff I've seen has always been busting their behinds to serve customers in the best way that they can even without training or other needs being met. It seems that there isn't much support from the powers that be so to speak. I went to this store about 2 weeks ago honestly and there were 2 people struggling badly to keep up with orders in the drive through and at the counter. The one gentlemen that handed me my food order recommended that I check it before leaving, which I did and it was correct. Afterwards I heard him mumble yeah we're screwed. I felt so badly for him in the moment damn he was so nice and trying so hard and admitting defeat simultaneously. Poor guy seemed like 2 really his worthwhile employees that literally didn't have what would be needed to succeed.

Ate here March 23, 2025. Food was thrown together, buns soggy and barely warm. They were out of; all cups besides large, soda machine was out of 80% of drinks, no onion rings. They had atleast 8 people working and all they seemed to care about was talking to each other. Poor customer service not to mention there was atleast 3 if not 4 homeless individuals laying around in booths, one of which was in and out of sleep. Someone really needs to pay this place a visit and straighten out some issues or close the doors.

Order the clutch was not put in the box the clutch boxes to protect and keep the heat in of the items that you're buying did not receive onion rings ordered two large onion rings did not receive them. You're there to work guys quit chit-chatting and having a social life and you can make sure that what people are ordering they're getting it quit asking about rounding up and just make sure the damn orders correct

The bottom buns were so soggy, it was disgusting. Order a cup of cheese for my fries they had no lids stuck the cup of cheese in a box and didn't tell me, nice ride home. They have been going down hill, time to get managers that care.

This chain of fast food has to be the worst I've ever had. The burger is basically steamed...gives it a dog food texture and really hard to swallow. It's not just this location, I've tried it at other locations. Just gross!

This place has gone under compared to what it used to be. My last 3 orders were incorrect and I have waited as long as 30 minutes to get through the drive through and going inside isn't any better.
Looked like it was extremely under staffed. I won't be visiting this place again . Nuff said.

We went to experience the White Castle Valentine's dinner. We were very pleased at how 'romantic' the place was decorated. The food was warm, and the service was quick and energized.

This is the second year my husband and I did the little valentine's day thing here just for fun! It was so cute and service was amazing.

First time and experience for Valentine's Day. Was impressed. Servers need assistance multi tasking. Food was fast n hot. No one working the doors to let anyone in. Was a good time. Disappointed no specials.
