I was going to give 5 stars but today my coffee tasted real strange like underarms. I threw it out the window... The staff seems to be nice but now days I don't trust people. But the food is not good that's every Dunkin donuts though

Went in and literally stood at the register in front of the workers to order for almost 10 minutes. They never even greeted me. I left without placing an order. This is the rudest most disrespectful service I've ever had. So I went to Krispy Cream instead. Which is literally 3 minutes down the road. Better service, coffee and doughnuts.

I’m a big fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, but honestly, this is my least favorite location in the city. It tends to take longer than the others I frequent and the workers are rude. Like I have had them close the drive thru window in my face more than once when I’m trying to ask a question. I’ve been clarifying part of my order with an employee and had a manager unnecessarily interrupt and make me and the employee on uncomfortable. They’ve also forgotten stuff more than once on my order which I’ve never had happen at the others I go to. I’ve just had too many bad experiences at this Dunkin. Which I hate because it’s the one that’s closest to my house, but it’s honestly worth the drive to go somewhere else at this point.

I normally go to the one on Dixie Hwy, near me. But wanted to try the new one. This is my normal coffee please even if I’m out out of town. I heard Dunkin over every other.. I love the reward system that they have and I feel like there is typically more bang for your buck. So I’ve been to several. The loaded hash brown is not a good value. Though they are tasty. I generally get between 6-8 little hash-browns. Plus cheese, I don’t eat meat so I have that removed. It’s 5 for the order. This is not just at this location. So I will go back for my morning coffee, but not for my breakfast.

I typically love Dunkin however today I experienced the absolute worst service by the only worker there who REFUSED to honor the promotion for $1 any size iced or hot DRINK. I tried to order ahead on the app but it was having "technical difficulties" actually placing my order. It took me all the way to the final screen & when I tapped "place order" it charged my card twice but never went thru. I showed him my phn w/it still on the screen showing the promo was applied to my HOT LATTE but he outright refused to make it bc he said it was for regular coffee not a latte even tho it clearly showed it was any hot drink. Tried to call customer SVC but she wasn't any help bc she didn't see the order. My beef isn't the charge bc hopefully it'll drop off my beef is how he talked & treated me & how nobody cares that he's turning away paying customers. I will spread the word that ppl should take their business 1 mile in any direction to any of the 5 other coffee shops who serve customers.

Disappointed in the work team, they make you ask for the order quickly and when they have to give you the order they are delayed, they ask you to stop in the parking lot and after an hour you have to get out of your car to get your order.
