If you want stall donuts then don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts cause that’s what you’ll get (day old).

I ordered from Too good to Go and the experience was not to good. They didn't see my purchase in the system so I showed the email where I purchased. The lady that works there was VERY RESISTANT to give me what I purchased. The guy working the drive thru(Jamar I think) was SUPER NICE. The lady kept telling him to tell me she couldn't give it to me BUT Jamar honored the email and gave me the order(dozen donuts). I probably will not purchase it again because IT WAS A BIG HASSLE and the drive thru line was backed up because of it. I felt bad but the only good thing was the gentleman(Jamar) working the drive thru.

***This review is based solely on my opinion/experience with said company.***

Dirty, nasty food and restaurant. Sign had a 78 rating on the door, 1st clue. 2nd was when person TRYING to take our order did not understand English. Sandwich was cold and not cooked all of the way. Nasty taste and experience.

I got a large sweet tea and about 2 hours after consuming said tea I felt nauseated and then proceeded to vomit. I also could not understand the Indian lady that took my order.

Tons of red flags at this place.

When I first parked, a staff member was cussing out a homeless man for sleeping next to a bench, not disturbing anyone.

I went inside a few minutes later because I was meeting with a colleague, and I happened to have my young baby with me. I went to the bathroom to change him and there were no changing tables in the women’s restrooms so I had to change my baby on the floor. He began crying, I’m trying to soothe him and finish up quickly, and a staff member starts jiggling the door handle and trying to come in. I opened the door and explained that I was changing my child’s diaper. She claimed she had no idea anyone was in there (my colleague told me she could hear my baby crying from the bathroom, which I felt badly about because I knew it was disruptive, however, babies cry). At this point, I give the worker some grace because I’m sure she could hear him crying and was probably concerned. But also, she could have just been transparent that she was just checking on us. Not a fan of roundabout excuses.

I continue with my meeting, which went longer than expected BUT I was planning on ordering some food and drinks before I left to bring home to my spouse. My baby wasn’t being disruptive - he was babbling as babies do, but I was trying to keep him calm and entertained on my lap while simultaneously working. A manager approached my colleague and I, and pretty much kicked us out, and quite rudely. She gave some excuse that they had to disinfect every few hours. But there had hardly been anyone else come in - and do they kick out paying customers to “disinfect” too? It felt rather hostile, and I would have appreciated a simple explanation of “If you’re going to stay, we need you to order something because this space is for paying customers” (which is what I’m GUESSING was their issue, but I also wonder if it was because I had my child with me). Again, transparency would have been appreciated.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The workers were rude and judgmental.

This has been my goto Dunkin. However, after being out of town and having a different location… This place does NOT know how to make drinks!! I am so upset I’ve spent so much money on drinks that have no flavor! I won’t be back!

I've given this place multiple chances hoping the next time would be better. Between the toasted sandwich not being toasted, to the iced coffet being iced, and the everything stuffed bagels having nothing, I give up.

I am here every Sat and Sunday on my way to work around 530 am, the staff at that time are the best! My order is always right, the lady knows who I am as soon as I pull up (my order is always the same). I love everything except their cold lattes/coffee that doesn't taste like strong coffee.

This is my second time coming here they are so unprofessional they never make my order right even though I say everything right and I have to repeat for them twice like they don’t speak English. Don’t ever come here to get a coffee especially if you are hurry to go to work. This place does not know how to make a good coffee save your money people.
