I've given this place multiple chances hoping the next time would be better. Between the toasted sandwich not being toasted, to the iced coffet being iced, and the everything stuffed bagels having nothing, I give up.

I am here every Sat and Sunday on my way to work around 530 am, the staff at that time are the best! My order is always right, the lady knows who I am as soon as I pull up (my order is always the same). I love everything except their cold lattes/coffee that doesn't taste like strong coffee.

This is my second time coming here they are so unprofessional they never make my order right even though I say everything right and I have to repeat for them twice like they don’t speak English. Don’t ever come here to get a coffee especially if you are hurry to go to work. This place does not know how to make a good coffee save your money people.

I was going to give 5 stars but today my coffee tasted real strange like underarms. I threw it out the window... The staff seems to be nice but now days I don't trust people. But the food is not good that's every Dunkin donuts though

Went in and literally stood at the register in front of the workers to order for almost 10 minutes. They never even greeted me. I left without placing an order. This is the rudest most disrespectful service I've ever had. So I went to Krispy Cream instead. Which is literally 3 minutes down the road. Better service, coffee and doughnuts.

I’m a big fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, but honestly, this is my least favorite location in the city. It tends to take longer than the others I frequent and the workers are rude. Like I have had them close the drive thru window in my face more than once when I’m trying to ask a question. I’ve been clarifying part of my order with an employee and had a manager unnecessarily interrupt and make me and the employee on uncomfortable. They’ve also forgotten stuff more than once on my order which I’ve never had happen at the others I go to. I’ve just had too many bad experiences at this Dunkin. Which I hate because it’s the one that’s closest to my house, but it’s honestly worth the drive to go somewhere else at this point.

I normally go to the one on Dixie Hwy, near me. But wanted to try the new one. This is my normal coffee please even if I’m out out of town. I heard Dunkin over every other.. I love the reward system that they have and I feel like there is typically more bang for your buck. So I’ve been to several. The loaded hash brown is not a good value. Though they are tasty. I generally get between 6-8 little hash-browns. Plus cheese, I don’t eat meat so I have that removed. It’s 5 for the order. This is not just at this location. So I will go back for my morning coffee, but not for my breakfast.
