Had to argue with an employee and a manager because the price was wrong but they read everything back to me correctly. Get my receipt after paying and the receipt had 1 more item than I had said, I had told them this and the manager continued to argue with me and refused to give a refund. Extremely unprofessional managers and employees. After waiting 20 minutes they gave me both items wrong

So again why a McDonald's closes at 9pm on a Friday is beyond me but who ever was working drive thru first window at 8pm Friday march 14 2025 he needs to find a new job, he kept rushing me and was getting mad the more food I ordered, maybe he can explain to the franchise owner why he ran away a 130 dollar order because I took my business elsewhere and went to taco bell

The management is terrible. They treat you like you’re in school. Just think if you need a refill on your drink they take their time on refill your drink. They have no Drinks where you help yourself you have to let the counter people this system is really terrible when you have management ain’t no good. I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant. If it’s the last McDonald’s on earth don’t go here they treat you like kids. Food was good but the service was terrible. I’m talking about inside the restaurant. I’m not talking about outside. Thank God. I I can’t believe these people are moving. It just blows me away.

So a customer of mine gave me a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich I came in with a couple minutes to spare before they quit doing breakfast the guy that took my order was not happy that I brought in more than one coupon breakfast sandwiches because they gave me for a coupons the guy who is normally a pretty nice dude was our very short with me and went to ask his manager and the manager said one per person and coupon didn't say that anyway the problem I have is since I was that person I have been waiting for a very long time if I can I'm going to take a picture of the receipt the shows I've been here for way more than the allotted time for a customer to be here for one order and there's only me and two other people in the lobby I got here at 10:50 I finally ended up walking out the door at 1115

This worker treated me extremely badly and apart from everything she disrespected me, all because I told her that I spoke Spanish and she got upset and started disrespecting me. I don't know how they can have people like that with a lack of professionalism serving clients. .

50cents for some dang tap water and then wanted to charge 1.26 for a large cup. On my soul I won’t be going to no greedy mcds no more. I could understand if that’s all I was asking for was water but if someone is purchasing something I shouldn’t have to pay and then to ask me to pull up to a reserved spot and not bring me ketchup with these old fries is disrespectful behavior to me. At least bring ketchup so I can cover up the non fresh fries. Like where is the decorum.

Not a bad experience I just feel like the front counter guest are overlooked at times especially since the kiosks are available.
So you order your meal from the app you park in one of the spots where they bring out the food to you. Then some teenager comes out with super attitude because they have to come out there. It's actually priceless to see their faces that they have to come out of the building and bring the customer of their food. For me personally this is my revenge of every business not wanting to service anymore
