Wait is always so long, no matter what I get seems to be a 10 min wait. Food is always decent, but the fries are over salted and Luke warm.

One of the slowest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Everybody's so cool they're just walking around being super cool even though they work at McDonald's. You guys are the coolest. Especially the ones with the Bluetooth speaker that are ignoring customers in the lobby. Nothing screams cool like being a McDonald's employee! Hire some real workers.

Great fries, the rest is garbage, I stopped eating there years ago, because of fingernails in fish sandwiches, they never have chocolate shake, and the big Mac's always made me sick, and the big Mac use to be my #1 sandwiches fish use to be my #2

I have been down on McDonald's for awhile now. Decided to stop in because I was in a hurry. I'm glad I did. The service was fast and the food actually tested good. Big Macs used to be my favorite, but at most places they are just bland. Not today. It was perfect. All my food was. Even called to thank them for it. Would definitely go back to this location.

This is unfortunately one of the most poorly managed McDonald’s locations in Louisville. The staff appears untrained and unmotivated, with little effort made to provide quality service. It feels like hiring was based more on personal connections than qualifications, and it shows in the overall performance. I strongly recommend management take steps to improve training and accountability from the top down.
