Server was new but did a great job. Had a pleasant and enjoyable meal.

Dietary restrictions: Had a full menu listing all of the potential allergens in food. My mother is gluten free, so this was very helpful.

We were disappointed in our service recently. Normally, great at lunch take out, the evening service was slow to almost absent. I wanted to correct my food that was brought out but the waitress virtually disappeared during our entire meal.

My only problem was when it was time to pay for our food . The lady came to get the payment for the food. She asked how was the food being paid for my Son in-law said he using a card to pay for the food she took his card to ring up our order stayed gone for 20 minutes he was mad ? ? ? so he called and told the bank to close that card down .

Service was terrible. We sat for 15-20 minutes before I told the hostess that no one had been over. Our waitress had circled around at least 6 times, so she knew we were there. The food was really good, but it made my wife and I both sick for about 3 days after we ate here, we both had hamburgers, and I'm not sure what happened with that.

Service was the worst I've ever had my life felt like a black dude in the sixty's they sat us in the back by ourselves away from the other customers never checked back on us didn't bring our appetizer then asked them to remove it from my check and come to find out they charged me for two appetizers was with my wife and six kids very humiliated I felt the were treating us different from being a blended family

We appreciate them for accepting a large party.But was too much for one person to handle. Such of been two people to handle a party of 21. Waited almost two and half hours before we got our food. Not all food was hot.

This place is a ghost town. It was like you were eating alone, the waitress came to the table every two minutes to check on you which was annoying. I had a salad and my grandbaby had chicken nuggets that were overcooked.

First the hostess sat us at a booth the did not have room to sit in. Then my order came out with the ribs so cold ❄️ it seemed they came out of the fridge. They offered a redo on the order but I didn't want to wait on the cold food to came back. My husband we very hungry so he ate.

Don't get the cod or coleslaw unless you like it sour. The mushroom and swiss burger looked amazing but the burger itself lacked in flavor because it didn't have any seasoning at all. The teriyaki salmon bowl was delicious and can never go wrong with chicken tenders. Service was great and it was very clean and nice atmosphere.

Don't buy a gift card here. They took more off my gift card then authorized in a visit and I was $3 shorter on the next visit than my receipt balance said. Potato skin appetizer smelled like rotten potatoes and I couldn't eat them. Service was very slow. The staff was no different then street hustlers in that area. They are going downhill and near closing this location too and easy to see why. I'll never eat there again!!

Chicken pineapple bowl was good! Was in somewhat of a rush and came in with our group and we got our food in plenty of time. It was fresh & yummy! I only gave the food 4 stars because I feel like it was mostly rice and would have liked more chicken.

The server, Randi, was excellent. She checked on us often and was very polite. The food was very good. My steak was so tender, which is a hard task to get a well-done steak tender, but they did it. My sister and her husband said that the salmon and catfish that they ordered were very good as well. Thank you, O'Charleys, for a delicious meal and excellent service.
