As a first time customer, I gotta say, this place is very addictive! I ordered the Lomo Wrap and the cashier was kind enough to give me time to observe the menu. My steak was well seasoned and the cashier was kind enough to put all the unique sauces in my bag with a fork included. The Sweet Potato fries were amazing!!!

I ordered through doordash from this restaurant, everything got to me cold, and it was only a quarter mile away the guy only took 5 minutes to get here.. the chalfa rice was cold, I only got one cold and greasy Empanada when the menu photograph shows three.. and the side salad was old, and stale. I'm sure they could do better for a $25 meal.

Rip-Off… $38 for me and my daughter. $4 for a drink, .99 extra for corn on a bowl that’s already 12.99. Way overpriced for a quick serve restaurant. Portions are small too.
We ate here today when we were at the outlets. The food was okay. Not much chicken in my bowl, and it was pricey. We paid $75 for three adults (and two 1-year olds to eat lunch). The two adults in my party ordered soft drinks. I asked if I could just have water. They said no; they don’t provide water. I had to buy a bottle of water, which they did sell. I also ordered a bowl with no beans and asked if I could just have corn instead. Nope. I could pay extra for corn. I’m not sure I have encountered many places that would not give out water when purchasing a meal. The situation put a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be visiting again.

Great food, nice location inside the mall but has its own entrance and dining area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of menu selections to choose from. It was recommended to us and did not disappoint.

Good food but the place is dirty! I had to get a paper towel and clean my own table. I did hand sanitizer to use as a cleaner and the paper towel was black when I finished cleaving a table to eat at. Multiple tables had trash on them and on the seats as well.No, it was not busy, there was 1 table of people eating and when we went to order, the guy was playing on his phone.I spent $65 for 2 people to eat and would much rather spend that money in a clean restaurant.

Foods great but I'm unsure if it's just this location, but they are charging customers an extra 3.5% mandatory for their employees service.. PLUS TIP? The 3.5% should've been the tip itself, and you honestly can't demand a tip, tips are earned by good service. Don't support these stores. Good luck
