Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Took 20 minutes to get 2 blizzards and a milkshake and we were the only customers. Both bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Looked like a monkey cage that had not been cleaned in a week. Feces in the urinals and all over the seats. Floors were sticky. Grossest thing I have ever seen.

Consistently have had bad experiences at the DQ. It usually takes 20 minutes to get your food. This evening we went through the drive thru while employees were taking a smoke break and claimed they were out of all food and the ice cream machine was broken. Always poor service and unfriendly staff.

This place is horrible customer service
To the management and employees , I would not recommend gettng food from them at all ar even working for this company! If you value your health and want to stay well

The most useless player I’ve ever been. The slowest. The most inefficient. The workers were doing like they’ve been forced to work there; so sluggish and reluctant. Spent almost an hour on drive through order. Terrible

They had roaches. Won’t be back.

Well i would not know googles maps says open til 1030 hours on door says 1030 its 913 and every door is locked.

Visiting Kentucky and saw a dairy Queen grill on chill. We don't have the sit-in restaurants back home and decided to give this one a try. First impressions when I walked in was that the store was very nice and clean. We were the only dining guests at the register and service was very slow along with the wait for the food. It felt like the drive-thru line had the priority as I could see half our food was sitting under the warmer and half was waiting to be made. Took almost 10 minutes to get our food and the food was handed off on a dirty tray. That being said, the burgers were very good. The lettuce was very crisp and I would say that it was a favorable impression. I would not dine at the store again due to the service.

Extra Slow Service, waited almost an hour for 2 blizzards that were not flipped upside down. Then was blocked in by food delivery semi when trying to leave.

Never ever go to this location, Dairy Queen, they don’t have a blue cheese. They don’t have a ranch when we ask for sandwich sauce, they say like it’s gonna be extra never ever go to this location, garbage food
