Seamed like the woman serving at the take out window was mad at the hole world. I guess I'm not going here anymore. I will stay going to the Dairy Queen in Shelbyville. I was really disappointed at this one.

Got here right at 9am with my son. Both of our breakfast biscuits and gravy were over done. The biscuits were hard as rocks. This is the second time. As I went to pay they then informed me they were only doing cash. I got lucky because I had pulled cash out the day before. Both me and my son are really unhappy with the service and food.

So as a truck driver and limited options available, I walked to the store and was turned away upon entering due to the lobby not being open at 9pm on a Monday. The door was unlocked but they wouldn't serve me because I wasn't in the drive-thru...18-wheelers don't fit...so l without any actual customer service I walked away and back to the Wendy's nearby with an open lobby

Sunday, May 12th, approximately 7:20pm. Restaurant staff very rude and only paying attention to drive-thru orders. Waited at front counter for approx. 10 minutes before the customer in front of us got their order taken, then waited about 10 minutes more before walking out. I cannot support a business with this little attention to customers. This is the 4th time I’ve had issues with this location (other three were drive-thru) and never left a review before. I have decided to warn others of my misfortune and will refuse to do business again in the future; they are better off without my support.

Would give zero stars if i could. The food got me sick last night. I have been up half the night vomiting. All i ate was the triple meat cheesburger. When i was walking up to the resturaunt, all of the KIDS were outside vaping, im wondering if they dont keep the food right. Because i do believe i got food poisoning.

Quite possibly the worst DQ In the country. Lazy and rude staff, and will get your order wrong 100% of the time. If you’re looking for the bare minimum, look no further!

No one ever answers the phone here!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered 3 blizzards to go and had to take them back in because the ice cream was spoiled. My kids started eating them before I realized they were bad. Tasted and smelled like spoiled milk. The lady up front got the manager. The manager refunded my money but did not say one word to me. No apology, questions as to why I brought them back in, no explanation. Customer service was awful. The place was stuffy and hot when we walked through the door you couldn't breathe. Idk if the air is even working. Most DQ are cool when you walk in the door. The cheese curds were burnt and did not taste good.

This store is on the north side on I64, across the Interstate from the outlet mall shops which are on the south side. It’s an easy exit from the Interstate & unlike many exits in the L’ville area, it’s just as easy to get back on, whether going east or west. Typical DQ store, so no menu surprises here. Food served hot, treats served cold, all comes out quick & correct. Plenty of free parking.
