I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered 3 blizzards to go and had to take them back in because the ice cream was spoiled. My kids started eating them before I realized they were bad. Tasted and smelled like spoiled milk. The lady up front got the manager. The manager refunded my money but did not say one word to me. No apology, questions as to why I brought them back in, no explanation. Customer service was awful. The place was stuffy and hot when we walked through the door you couldn't breathe. Idk if the air is even working. Most DQ are cool when you walk in the door. The cheese curds were burnt and did not taste good.

This store is on the north side on I64, across the Interstate from the outlet mall shops which are on the south side. It’s an easy exit from the Interstate & unlike many exits in the L’ville area, it’s just as easy to get back on, whether going east or west. Typical DQ store, so no menu surprises here. Food served hot, treats served cold, all comes out quick & correct. Plenty of free parking.

They didn’t have chocolate sprinkles. Said the never have. How do you not have chocolate sprinkles. Staff was rude to each other. I wouldn’t work in that environment

Dirtiest place I've been to in a long time. Everything was sticky and gross. Not one wiped table and my feet were sticking to floor. I could assume the floor hasn't been mopped in months.

No air conditioning in this place. Stuffy and hot inside. French fries were cold and old and we're about the same temperature as the room was. Texas toast barely came out toasted.

I dont get meals here, just ice cream. Sometimes they can be slow to make my order when their not even that busy, but the ice cream is still good. Ive never had any problems with getting the wrong kind or finding things that shouldnt be in it.

If yall don't come here after 5pm you are sleeping on some seriously good food. This stuff is made to order and can take a few minutes before they give you the food, but dang it sure is worth it. Minus the 1 star because the person working the drive thru on 4/28 6:45pm was really rude when I was placing the order.

Worst food from dairy queen of ever got in my life. The biscuit was steamed, and then microwaved, and my egg was burnt brown. In case this confuses, anyone, eggs are meant to be yellow and white. It should not be brown on your egg unless it’s pieces of meat picked up from the cooking surface.
