Ghirardelli Chocolate Outlet & Ice Cream Shop

Awesome little chocolate shop full of deliciousness! We stopped in for a cold dessert during our shopping trip and it was all worth it! The shop is so well organized and displayed their wonderful assortments. Prices are great for the quality. Their food counter service was wonderful. Everyone there was friendly. You can customize your own dessert. The service was fast. It was so refreshing to have this during the hottest week of Kentucky heat and humidity.

Great experience finest chocolatiers in the business.

I got the Chocolate Lover's Hot Fudge Sundae. It's the best hot fudge sundae I've ever had! My family also got the Gold Rush Caramel Almond Sundae and the Caramel Quake Shake.

Nikki, Zoe and I think Mary, were fabulous today. So patient with everything I asked and needed. Hope everything went great with the tree lighting. Zoe, thanks for the lunch recommendation and the peppermint hot chocolate. Super yummy!

Back to school shopping for my granddaughter and she said how she had always wanted a Ghirardelli ice cream. So why not?! I really didn’t see or hunt for prices.. my fault.
2 sundaes $40.00
I was in shock. So was my 12 year old granddaughter.
I explained this was a very special once in a lifetime treat and by no means .. whatever you do .. do not tell your 8 cousins!
If I had been at an exclusive, fancy, white tablecloth restaurant and I had seen a $19.00 sundae… no way would I have gotten that. But even more surprising at an outlet mall where we supposedly go to save money.
? It’s a few days later and I am having fun watching people’s faces as I share this experience. So yes I guess it was worth it.

Every time I asked for the same coffee, they made it somewhat different.

Hot fudge sundae was possibly the worst I've ever had, with bitterness and pasty texture in the hot fudge, and the ice cream was not rich and creamy as I'd have expected from Ghirardelli, especially for the exorbitant price. Won't make this expensive mistake again!

I went to the store and buy a smoothie and two pack of chocolate
But before I got the chocolate I ate one chocolate to see the taste of it

So the manager there tell me you have to buy the chocolate before you eat one I told her how I can buy something without taste it especially you have a symbols and everybody do that and you can charge me for that one piece of chocolate after I get the two pack from what chocolate I want

‏ so technically they are stupid and they don't know what they are doing I'm not going back to this place again

We went for a quick coffee. Very authentic taste.They have big varieties of chocolates, Ice-creams. Hot fudge Sunday is famous.Being weekday noon, not much crowded. Single lady was attending all guest efficiently.
