The manager Michael is very rude to customers. He yelled at me because I asked why this location never has sweet tea or coffee in the evening. This nasty unprofessional man should Not be a manager.
I’ve been going to the Simpsonville Ky McDonalds restaurant since buying a large farm nearby six years ago. Today I tried to order lunch but the woman taking orders mumbled and I asked what she said and she mumbled again. I assumed she said wait so I did. After two or three minutes and the other lanes moving I said are you ready for my order. She said “I said wait.” I went inside and told the manager (who wouldn’t give me his name) and he listened to me and walked off....read full review
