Stop by here to pick up some food for my wife and a friend and myself. I ordered three double cheeseburgers and ask that one of them be plain nothing on it. The two meals came with fries, and I had chicken nuggets. Well got back to eat, and all three of the double cheeseburgers had onions and ketchup on them. The one that was supposed to be playing was for a dog so we had to scrape off all of the onions. I was only about 6 minutes away from the McDonald's and the french fries were cold. This place was very busy at the time so you would think that the food would be fresh and hot, but no.

They are slow and incompetent. I sent a coworker to pick up a mobile order, and unfortunately he had to run back to work before he could get the food. I went to get it myself not 5 minutes later and when I arrived they informed me they had disposed of it, that breakfast was over and they would not remake it( even though I ordered 35 minutes prior to breakfast ending) and the fact that it was a mobile order and my coworker sat at the window for almost 20 minutes waiting for an order that should have been ready.

Way way understaffed........took 20 minutes to get a burger and a kids meal. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. I would go down to the next exit 5 minutes away if you're not a local.
