Yep, it used to be a Zaxby’s but in its second life as a Starbucks it is doing things well. Big spacious layout that has plenty of places to sit and even an area that has a long table and chairs like a meeting room almost. Modernized interior- so all that aside- the service for me was good (saw some reviews on it being slow). Maybe a hair slow, but even ordering at the counter it was less than 5 mins. Also it is super convenient off 64- so that’s a big plus if you need a quick pick-me-up while driving the highway.

When they make my drink correctly, it’s amazing. However, they’ve repeatedly had to remake it because they rush and forget to read the sticker, making it ice instead of hot. I understand that it happens once or twice, but it’s become quite annoying after several instances. When you spend this much on coffee getting it correctly the first time would be appreciated.

Great accommodations, with comfortable gathering areas & seating.
The entire staff was welcoming & friendly. (A big shout out to Whitney, our server)
For these reasons (and more) our Writers Group has decided to hold all future meetings at this location.

Waited in the drive thru for 40 mins for a sandwich and drink and there was hardly a line. Cars in front of us seemed to have small item orders too. Seems like Starbucks is failing to staff appropriately, however no barista acknowledged or apologized for the excessive wait.

I can't say enough about this Starbucks! The layout of the shop was open and airy, very clean and comfortable!. Even better was the service! All the employees (3) we talked to were extrememly nice and friendly. A shoutout to Whitney! She took care of us and was a pleasure to talk to during our visit! Great person! Get in drive through lane to order normal coffee. They don’t have it so thanks for nothing. Been trapped in the drive through line for way too long. Person in front of us sitting at window for 10 min before I even logged this review. Do better.

On the way back to nc this morning, had to get some gas, saw this Starbucks, I’m like a woman, I need my coffee 😆 so we walk over and a pretty curly blonde haired lady took our order (didn’t think to catch her name). Her attitude was great everything was smooth. Coffee came out. I wasn’t quite satisfied so I asked for some extras. This lady had a great attitude about that as well and got me fixed up right away with a smile. Bacon and egg bites were amazing this morning as well 😎
