Yep, it used to be a Zaxby’s but in its second life as a Starbucks it is doing things well. Big spacious layout that has plenty of places to sit and even an area that has a long table and chairs like a meeting room almost. Modernized interior- so all that aside- the service for me was good (saw some reviews on it being slow). Maybe a hair slow, but even ordering at the counter it was less than 5 mins. Also it is super convenient off 64- so that’s a big plus if you need...

The Starbucks in Simpsonville, KY is one of the best & largest Starbucks we’ve been in.

Great accommodations, with comfortable gathering areas & seating.

The entire staff was welcoming & friendly. (A big shout out to Whitney, our server)

For these reasons (and more) our Writers Group has decided to hold all future meetings at this location.

I can't say enough about this Starbucks! The layout of the shop was open and airy, very clean and comfortable!. Even better was the service! All the employees (3) we talked to were extrememly nice and friendly. A shoutout to Whitney! She took care of us and was a pleasure to talk to during our visit! Great person! You picked a winner in that one! (visited location on 11/4/2025, 6:30pm)
