To the guy that made a complaint yesterday at the subway in Simpsonville sorry about your experience. Things have changed at Subway we do heat the meats n eggs up in microwave when being put on wraps. The amount of cheese on wraps are not the same anymore. She didn’t charge you for extra cheese. Honestly I think me hearing both sides I think it was a misunderstanding. But again sorry for your experience

Review of My Experience at Subway

I recently visited a Subway location and ordered the Steak, Eggs, and Cheese sandwich on flatbread, which is part of their breakfast menu. Right from the start, I provided the name of the sandwich and then specified what ingredients I wanted. When I said I wanted steak and then eggs, the employee reacted with visible annoyance, claiming I hadn’t mentioned the eggs. I had to clarify that I had indeed named the sandwich and then specified the ingredients.

Throughout the process, the employee was extremely rude and displayed a negative attitude, making the entire experience uncomfortable. When I asked for four eggs, as is standard for this sandwich, she placed them in the microwave instead of using the toaster, which is the proper method. When I requested the toaster, she refused, claiming she never used it that day. Instead, she just warmed the food on paper, which is not appropriate.

It got even more frustrating when it came to the cheese. I asked for provolone, and instead of adding the standard four slices, she only put a couple of torn pieces, and then tried to charge me extra for double the amount. Normally, you get four slices at no additional cost, but she only provided three and a half slices and still charged me extra. The total ended up being $14.50, which is almost double what I usually pay at other Subway locations.

The 2 ladies in there was to busy talking to each other with their stories to even acknowledge me for a bit then when taking my order and fixing it was still talking to each other. Very bad customer service. Won't be back to this location.

Store was clean and the lady who made my sandwich was super nice. I only wish the veggies were a bit fresher and I don’t like that you cannot see when adding your meat and stuff, they keep the silver lid up overall my sandwich was good and I will be back probably

Recently every time me & coworkers have came in for lunch around 12:15 there is a woman who I think may be the manager.
We have witnessed her being extremely rude to customers & the girl she was training & us as well. Her attitude is aggressive & extremely poor and she doesn’t like when you want your sandwich toasted. She lets out a huge sigh and slams the door to the bread container & toaster. She doesn’t like when you say you want mayo or any other dressing on your sandwich. She snatched the money out of an elderly woman’s hand and said “nobody uses cash anymore you need to use a card next time or don’t come in here.”
We were shocked. This employee is a heavy set African American with glasses which she kept pushing up and adjusting on her face with her sandwich gloves on. Like really? We don’t know what’s on your glasses or face lady. You can’t touch your face & glasses and go straight back to touching sandwiches. She needs to learn common sanitary methods and common courtesy or get out of customer service. Very unpleasant experience. Hope this lady is not the manager. She needs to watch those Subway onboarding videos again or get out of customer service. It’s not our fault you are miserable & work at Subway. Please don’t take it out on paying Subway customers.

I am posting this review of this particular Subway Location. Not Subway as a whole. As I have varied opinions of but overall favorable.

My reason for leaving a poor review of this particular location is the lack of service. Which I can't blame on the employees. I blame the franchise owner. I went there around 12:15 on a Saturday for my lunch break. There were 3 people in line ahead of me. No big deal at most Subway Locations. This particular location though was swamped with online orders that were for multiple sandwiches. They would take 1 in person order and then be processing an online order or 2. I only have so long for my lunch break.

Most restaurants with assembly line style sandwiches or burritos have a special area for online orders. This store owner needs to either set that up or no longer take online orders or hire another employee as it is making it impossible for someone on a lunch break to get a meal and have time to eat it before returning to work.

Until this problem is fixed I will not be returning to this particular Subway Location. I mean I have always heard that drive thru orders get filled faster than in person orders but if I am waiting in line make that person who ordered online wait a few minutes not me who is on a timed lunch break.

I was the only one there so service was fast. I ordered the $5 footlong steak nachos 🔥 The only gripe I had was that you couldn't add anything to the order, even if you decided to pay extra. Other than that, I highly recommend this dish

Lady who was making the sandwiches had a very poor attitude. Made fun of the guy in front of me’s sandwich and when my 6 yr old daughter ordered her sandwich, she asked for a 6” Italian cheese sub but lady misheard her and then continue to roll her eyes and throw the old bread in the trash. Restrooms are clean as least
