Rudest customer service I’ve ever came across. No sympathy, no care in the world with these employees AND management. 25 week pregnant here I order a chocolate cold foam coffee expecting a nice chocolatey treat knowing me i’m a coffee lover along with the cinnamon pull apart. When I receive my drink and try it after I pull off it taste like straight black coffee watered down almost as if there was LITERAL COFFEE GROUNDS in the drink even after mixing it with the cold foam I came back to ask for a coke which is obviously jesper than the coke so i didn’t see the issue with trading it out, telling me that’s how the coffee is supposed to taste??? How are you gonna tell me how a drink taste when they haven’t even tried that undrinkable stuff. They mention they forgot my cinnamon pull apart and toss it at me when I go to eat it. It’s as hard as a rock so hard I got a metal spoon and stabbed at it the middle crumbled apart like it had been in a warmer for DAYS losing all moisture. Just don’t waste you’re time here waste of money, time and energy dealing with these miserable employees.

Walked in with my family of 5 tonight. The guy working the register loudly announced he had 5 walking in and the crew did not act happy at all that we were there. I announced that they had 5 walking out and we left. No excuse for the cold reception we received.

I stopped at this Wendy’s location and overall had a good experience. The food came out hot and tasted fresh, and the restaurant itself was very clean which I appreciated. The staff were polite and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The only issue was the wait time, which felt much longer than expected. Once the food arrived though, everything else made up for it. I would return again since the quality and service were very good aside from the delay.

I know Wendy's can't do much about the customers that comes in.. but i felt like I was at a kkk rally, but I stay ready. Serv could have been better with a greeting towards me and that frosty fusion is THE WORST EVER.. I've got all 3 flavors and they need to get rid of all 3🤮
