Guy working the drive-thru was rude and argued that my wife and I didn't order meal deals but only burgers. When you ask for a # for the meal deal item, that should have been a dead giveaway

I go here for lunch almost three times a week and they have some of the nicest staff I have experienced at a Wendy’s. I always worry about my drive thru experience during the lunch rush, but they are still so polite even when busy

To be honest this store needs to do an overhaul and fire its staff. I have ordered multiple times from this store and the order is never correct. Always have something missing. Tonight it was a whole freaking meal. Like come on how hard is your job? It’s not, customer service here is lacking and the fries were old and cold. Workers have attitudes and don’t actually want to work. Get a new job if you can’t handle being in customer service. The store always claims to be out of frosty’s! It’s never quick. I’m over it! McDonald’s down the road has much better customer service and actually gets the order correct. This store needs to close. It’s embarrassing how terrible this place is.

Took 20 mins to get my order. Completely messed it up and instead of fixing it cancelled it, burnt up my rewards points and refused to honor the used points since it was already redeemed in their screw up.

Popped in at 9:30 at night to grab a late dinner. Got a classic single. It was hot fresh and absolutely perfect. Also got a large fry, they were absolutely wonderful. Crispy hot and a little salty. It has to be a few years since I've ended at Wendy's that good.

Staff was friendly, The place was clean and well maintained. I got to say they did everything right A+.

Paid with $100 cash, after pulling away I realized my change was $40 short. I went back and the manager solved this and I received the rest of the change. I have a strong feeling that this was not a mistake by the worker at the window.

Order online and get here to find out they don't have beef. Would've been nice to know before I ordered! Ridiculous that I have to settle for a GD chicken sandwich. Will never come here again.
