Ordered son of a baconator meal and yet no bacon well done Wendy's you raise your prices, cut down sizes and yet you employees can't get a Order right simply amazing I bet they want raises too oh BTW thanks for the cold fries also. Cashier was nice and pleasant otherwise

Sweet tea was bitter. The only reason I came here.I wish they would teach all employees everywhere to add ice to the container while it's brewing. Takes the bitter taste out. ?

Very disrespectful staff when it comes to Black customers..... I'm vegetarian and I asked for a salad and a chocolate frosty the salad was not fresh and a frosty was a chocolate milkshake I got a refund for the salad and when I tried to call them and let them know about the frosty she tried to say that I left the store 2 hours ago and the frosty was thick and hung the phone up on me......I didn't leave the store 2 hrs ago only thing I did was went next door in the store andbrought some items and came outside to eat my so called frosty and then quickly called them while I was outside in the parking lot..... when they check receipts you can easily see she was a lier......I am use to buying frosties and they are thick so you need a spoon... They didn't even have spoons when I was looking for one I came outside with a knife and fork If I wanted a milkshake I could have went toMc Donald'sPoor service very disrespectful

Don’t say you’re open until 12am and close at 10pm all the time. Also, the employees could be a little more personable. This is why no one takes fast food workers seriously.

I’m a truck driver and the treatment that we get at these truck stops are so unacceptable! Customer service was very rude especially the night manager which was a lady! She didn’t feel my frosty and I asked her nicely to fill it up and she over filled it and the ice cream was falling off the cup! The new cashier messed up my order and he was over charging me and I said I’m not going to pay that people the order was wrong and he knew that! The manger came over and had an attitude! If y’all obviously don’t like your job get a new job because your making the experience bad and I won’t be back! First impressions are everything and they failed

How can this be called fast food when I waited 30 minutes for my order??? for delivery!!!! All the workers walk around with a sour face, are rude, crawling around the kitchen like snails!!!

We did the drive thru after fueling up at the attached gas station on our way out of town for the holidays and had such a pleasant experience. Our food was hot and delicious, but somehow came out quick. The excellent customer service was deserving of this positive review! Thank you very much to the staff working on December 22 around lunchtime! I was super impressed with the freshness of the lettuce on my chicken wrap. The fries were seasoned to perfection! We don’t eat fast food much but didn’t regret it this time!
Change your business hours online if you’re going to close an hour and a half before it says you’re supposed to. Pointless to be a restaurant in a travel center that closes early

I'm getting sick n tires of people catching freaking attitudes when you ask for fresher fries! Stop giving people old fries, it's simple! I would hate to beat some body up over some fries that should have been fresh to begin with! That chicken name Courtney and who ever the heavy set dude was (light skin)! They got one mo time!!!!!!!!!! Get it together or just go work some where else!

This place used to be a last resort for a late night meal of mystery, where you might get what you ordered, but you for sure were getting food poisoning. Walking in there used to be like walking into a vape shop that only used years old fry oil as vape juice. Doesn't stink in there anymore so thats fire. Went in there at like 8 oclock 2 nights ago and got the best wendys i have had since they got rid of saturated fats. The fries, hot and crispy as well were my nuggs. My fuggin Jr. Bacon cheeseburger looked like they took it out of the commercial and put it in my bag, crisp lettuce and tomato was red and fresh. I dont normally call and tell them they were fire but i did from the gas pump outside. Keep it up!

I'm a truck driver and I came through there To order me a meal I clearly stated 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers no mayo I got down road ready to eat and it had mayo, had to throw it out the window I'm pissed I just wasted money on incorrectly made food ???These people are trying to get me sick on the road Because they fail to properly read the screen that the cashier put instructions on how to fix my 2 sandwiches.
