The individual who made our milkshakes was very nice. It did take waiting a few minutes to get to the front. But I overall have few complaints. Wish there were more options than milkshakes and ice cream cones, but it's an express, so no major issue.

I stood at the counter for about 30 seconds someone finally came out from the back and looked at me and turned around and walked in the back again and there were no customers.Not going back. And a similar experience at the same counter a few weeks back.

Not sure why they even bother paying for a Carvel franchise fee inside a gas station. Anytime i try to go here, they either close early or claim the ice cream machine is broken...

Lazy unsuccessful employees here. I called up here to make sure they was open and they said yes until 8:30. I got there at 7:30 for them to tell me they just turned the ice cream machine off. It's high time management gets some decent employees in there.
