Undercooked fries after a 15 min drive thru experience

Ordered a large coke, recieved a medium cup with ice and a warm can of coke. They said that's all they could do. I sure wouldn't have made a order if they told me that when I made the order. This isn't the 1st time I've had subpar service at this McDonald's. I'd definitely recommend going down 2 exits to the one off exit 28 as this one is pretty terrible.

Bun/Bagels are always hard n stale, never get a buttered bagel. No matter time of day. They are pretty big sandwiches n a hard bagel makes it undesirable. Hardly go there anymore n when I is always stale, either steak egg n cheese bagleq

the food was cold and the mccrispy didn’t have the sauce they need to have and the sandwich was so dry ewwww
Me and my family ordered the Chicken Big Macs because they're new and we wanted to try them we got home and the buns were flaking apart and there was barely any Big Mac sauce on them I found it very shameful I paid almost $60 and they ripped us off like that I hate this McDonald's if the franchise knew what was good for them they would demolish that one and be done with it. I tried to upload pictures but Google reviews doesn't allow it.

Passing thru on the way home from long road trip. Ate a happy meal just so I could get the toy CROC for granddaughter lol. Very clean, nice McDs.

I just ordered food off of door dash. Everything was well on the door dashers end. I had ordered two cheese burgers with extra pickles on both and then when my food got dropped off I ended up with one of my burgers not having a patty of it when I took a bite. I have always had troubles with this McDonald’s because I always ask for extra pickles and I either get extra cheese or no patty. Or no pickles at all. Ive tried to call them but they never answer and I’m tired of spending my money on food they never make right. I recommend to just go to the store versus trying to door dash because McDonald’s never gets my order right at all or messes up my food.
