very expensive food and not that great terminated my 14 year old son that was a dishwasher for them not giving him a schedule on when to come to work

Catfish was really really great. My okra was burnt and the sweet potatos tasted like the smell of playdough. The atmosphere was great. The lady in the red shirt was amazing. But yes the catfish was really good. Maybe time the fryer on the okra and the other stuff like that.

One of the best diners I've visited in a long time. The catfish is excellent. And so is the okra.

I have been coming to this diner since 06.the food has always been good,the service is outstanding, Calvin and Ramona are good folks. My wife and I love coming here, living 5min. Away.makes it easy.

We waited 50 mins for our food and when I finally decided to ask when our food would be ready the server just answered 'shortly'. We ordered the all you can eat catfish an a cheeseburger. There was no wait to be seated and they weren't packed. In the 50 mins we waited we offered refills on drinks and only checked on us once. When we finally decided to leave they didn't just give us the 2 drinks we orderrd for our trouble. They had just dropped our order in the kitchen to be made when we were paying by the way. They actually charged us $8 for 2 drinks and asked if we wanted to leave a tip... really? Why would tou even ask someone if they want to leave a tip after that? I felt very unwelcome. I live half a mile from the place and I will never go there again. Nor will I recomend them to anyone I know after being treated like that. I never even got to try the food so I cant say anything about the quality.

Our food was great. I had the meatloaf and it was really good. My husband had the catfish all you could eat, but after he finished his original plate, he was too full for seconds. Their portions were worth the money. We had 6 in our party, and our waitress was great. She kept our drinks filled and was on top of everything. She felt bad when my granddaughter ordered the brisket only to find out from the kitchen that they were all out. No worries, 2nd choice was delivered quickly. We will certainly go back when we are in the area. The decor of the restaurant was dark.

Dietary restrictions: Granddaughter has to have gluten-free and dairy free. They had no issues accommodating.

Located in a little community called Pig, Ky. The food is great and the employees are very nice!! Definitely one of our favorite places for home cooking!
