Didn’t have the best service. but i got a baconator and it was the son of a baconator, also got $6 a biggie bag and i asked for my burger fully dressed it only had ketchup mustard and pickles the bun and burger patty was stale! the chili was WATERED down. Needless to say it wasn’t worth 50 dollars for my food to be bad.

Don’t bother ordering food here because they will always be out of it and refuse to refund you your money.. get French toast sticks with no syrup no fuego meal no refund. They say you have to call corporate..

Me my daughter my husband and my grandbabies went into the Smiths Grove Wendy's Thursday or Friday night can't remember exactly which night it was there were only two people in the whole restaurant working with that being said the two people that were there were working very hard to get the orders out quickly to the people in the lobby and to the people in drive they both worked excellent together as far as I could see the woman that was there was running around doing drive-through front counter and bagging food that lady was running around getting everything together on trays or in bags for drive-thru in a timely manner her and the other guy that was there did an excellent job our food came out quick hot and while doing all this running around they still had smiles on their faces and greeted us very friendly they definitely want to say thank you very much to those two people I did not catch his name he was in the kitchen making sandwiches and dropping fries and all that other stuff but the woman's name was cherie she was very polite and courteous and very welcoming The moment we walked into the store she said hi welcome to Wendy's I'll be right with you I am absolutely amazed how those two ran the store that night with just two of them in the store. Thank you guys again for the excellent service for how short-handed you were you guys deserve the something for how hard you two work.

Don’t go here at 10pm if you want cold fry’s, no sauce you asked for, and a burger you can bang on a table bc the bun is hard as a rock. In general, they usually do always screw up my family’s orders. But who knows maybe you like hard burgers 🤷🏼‍♀️

This place was awful. Bathrooms unusable disgusting. No clean tables anywhere in the dining room ketchup was empty no ketchup cups available anyways. The food was made incorrectly and took forever to get.

Just stop by Wendy’s tonight to get supper on way home Ordered baked pot. It was so dark and dry looked like it had been baked early this morn. Ask for butter ( no butter). Ordered crisp chicken sandwich ask for Tom to be added ( no tom.) but charge for it. No need to worry about a refund because I’m already home. Won’t be in your store again you can bet on that. Smiths Grove Wendy’s is worst one I’ve ever be to.
