I have no idea who the guy nick
Is or what he does at the Springfield ky location but I will say that I will never be back in there again! And it’s not anything to do with any other employees working there but he walked to the counter and said he wanted to blow his brains out all over the store the older couple that where in front of me asked the girl to go ahead and make theirs to go instead of eating it in the dining area I didn’t even order anything after I heard the couple asking the young lady at the counter was she safe and I left at that I’ll be calling your corporate office tomorrow ..

The people working drive thru are almost always very friendly and seem to be happy to help. The food is okay. We got wraps and the lettuce was kind of gross.
The milkshakes were delicious and the fries were hot but there is always a long wait - which im okay with- i just feel bad for the people behind us.

Hardee's has went down hill.
Customer service: two people helped take our order and the first lady was rude, I think she hates her job. The second lady was nice and did excellent customer service.
Food: I ordered biscuits and gravy and it was not good, plus wrong proportion for the price.
Atmosphere: the lobby wasn't nasty but it did need attention. Wasn't clean.

Service is horrible they're all rude act like I was a complete bother to them and the audacity of me to come there to order food and spend my money...... I even called to try and talk to someone they hung up on me right after she said hello I said hello how are you to day then she just hung.. so I'm a little upset to say the least.. the reason for all this in the first place was because the woman at the drive-thru was so rude the lied to me and told me I couldn't add on to my order or change something to my order... This is before I paid but the only way she said I could add on or change anything was I'd have to pay separately for it... I said nevermind I'm not swiping my car twice. I almost just drove off honestly I wish I had.... Springfield Kentucky Hardee's is horrible I will not be back at this point!!!!!!!!

Food was hot and quick via the drive through. The drive thru speaker was difficult to hear. The cashier was mean friendly but not in a bad way.
