We went for lunch and were not able to sit. They had a “carry only” sign posted, although there was a few people sitting and eating in the dining room we were told no.

Regardless of time of day or evening I always have a pleasant experience at this Pizza Hut. I have never received bad service and the food is always hot and fresh. Staff needs to be commended because this is not easily maintained especially with the economy right now. God bless you for you.

The call center took my order and credit card number. The service agent then asked me to hold while her computer refreshed, I waited 5 minutes and she never came back on the line. During the order process she was slow getting the information and it appears I was speaking to someone in another part of the world. Nonetheless, I’m not sure if my credit card was billed, but when I arrived at Pizza Hut to pick my order up, they did not get it.
They changed their pizza. Terrible. Crust undercooked and sparse toppings. Also you still cannot dine inside.

This Pizza Hut is a joke. God bless our waitress, she was a trooper. I would be terrified to wait tables at a place that charges you for each refill. I’m waiting for new management to take over before I visit again. Probably won’t happen before I’m 6 feet under sadly…
