Ordered pizzas online with specific directions and they were ignored and when asked when we picked up the pizza they said we can't do that, well then someone should have contacted us seeing that it was stated sue to a allergy. Then after we took the order home I received a email 2 days later saying they changed the total on my order, and increased it without permission. ( I am assuming adding tip to order that was not authorized). IF you order online I would watch the finalized amount submitted.

Our waitress Olivia needs some serious training with serving and her social skills. She is not very friendly and does not come back to check on you. We never got refills, Parmesan, sauce or our check. Quite frustrating. I always want to leave good tips but couldn't this time. (We've had her twice and each experience was depressing.) Pizza was great though! Hot as always.

Regardless of time of day or evening I always have a pleasant experience at this Pizza Hut. I have never received bad service and the food is always hot and fresh. Staff needs to be commended because this is not easily maintained especially with the economy right now. God bless you for you.

The call center took my order and credit card number. The service agent then asked me to hold while her computer refreshed, I waited 5 minutes and she never came back on the line. During the order process she was slow getting the information and it appears I was speaking to someone in another part of the world. Nonetheless, I’m not sure if my credit card was billed, but when I arrived at Pizza Hut to pick my order up, they did not get it.
