The call center took my order and credit card number. The service agent then asked me to hold while her computer refreshed, I waited 5 minutes and she never came back on the line. During the order process she was slow getting the information and it appears I was speaking to someone in another part of the world. Nonetheless, I’m not sure if my credit card was billed, but when I arrived at Pizza Hut to pick my order up, they did not get it.

This Pizza Hut is a joke. God bless our waitress, she was a trooper. I would be terrified to wait tables at a place that charges you for each refill. I’m waiting for new management to take over before I visit again. Probably won’t happen before I’m 6 feet under sadly…

Staff is very rude. I won’t be back!! I did a pick up order and it gave me curbside option so I placed it that way and when I get there I wait a few minutes then saw their sign. I said I had my kids with me and would rather not get them out. The guy was rude and then I guess the manager got on a rudely said no curbside and when I said I was offered curbside when I ordered she got rude again and said there’s limited staff which I get but way she went about it was extremely rude especially when I had heard her in back ground say she’d make an exception this one time. Over the rude staff here

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in Springfield, Ky for over 15 years. It was terrible. The dinning room was closed. There wasn't a buffet. The girl that waited on me didn't seem too bright. I was picking up a pizza for me and my BFF to eat, next time I'll pick it up in Lexington where I now live.

I ordered online and chose curbside. When I get there I see a sign for curbside not being available due to staffing which I totally get. But when I called the lady who answered wasn’t very friendly at all and when I said I had my kids with me so I couldn’t come inside she gave some attitude about it
