This used to be an amazing location now seems like the employees are not motivated to even be there and perform their job functions properly. The food quality has dropped tremendously. I will not be back here. Neither will my wife nor my children. I feel sorry for the employees if they are not that motivated to work there I hope they seek better employment, the last two times we have purchased food here. It has been bad with spoiled meat or bad vegetables or the bread is so hard you could break glass with it not to mention the hours versus most Subway locations sometimes people work or have things going on during the weekend and they would like to get dinner later 930 seems like a very early time to shut down when all the other restaurants in the area are open almost to midnight or even later as a truck driver subway locations that I frequent are open 24 hours a day and stay busy even in a gas station or a truckstop the subway locations that I frequent are always pleasant, friendly faces and smiles and delicious food. This location if I could give zero stars, I would although years ago, I would have given it , five stars plus this goes to show American businesses have declined over the years. Hopefully something is done. I would hate to see this part of Springfield community go under.
Kid-friendliness: Seems like the kids that work here are not motivated to even work a perform but that seems to be anywhere that you go. I would think that management would give them some sort of incentives to excel further and promote them eventually it seems like they’re just there to stand there and play on their phone, rather than take care of their customers, I guess they do not realize that the customers that frequent their store and come in there and make purchases are the people that pay their wages they should greet them be friendly to them and show them respect, even if the customer is rude Because that’s how business works however, I’ve never seen anybody in there, but I’ve seen the employees extremely rude or distant

The staff seemed unmotivated and I got the feeling that they would rather be anywhere else but there. The $3 foot long pretzel I got was hard to the point it might as well have been a crouton. We weren’t given any mustard to go with the pretzel either. The sandwiches were ok, the bread was dry and they were both a little sloppy.The cookies we got were great though. Soft, moist and delicious. They were the only saving grace of our visit.

First of all out of Wheat bread at 11:20 am on Sunday!Employee at checkout was rude. No thank you. Made cups of sauce to go and spilled it everywhere. On both cups. Did not care.This is one reason I don’t come here often. Rude and under motivated staff.

I normally come 3 or 4 days out of the week. but tonight the girl was really rude at the counter and they had locked the door before my co-worker could come in and it was 8:50. Plus they didn't have any meatballs ready and I had to go to McDonald's.

Ordered a BLT bacon not cooked. No lettuce or tomatoes on it. Shredded cheese. Looks like it came out of the garbage. Would love to show picture.Update...went back up there showed the nice girl. She said is this a joke...is the bacon even cooked. I said I don't think so. She made me a new one. That one was good.
