Out of my first choice of drink, diet mt dew. Ended up with a stary that tasted awful and couldn't drink. Food was ok but no napkins and no fork for bowl. Asked for mild sauce and got no sauce.

Bro. Ts is horrible. It took thirty mins and when it came out all of it is wrong. We wanted chicken AND beef and it has no beef and maybe three pieces of chicken all throughout. The quesadillas have no cheese? AND the tacos had like two pieces of lettuce….. they need to be better. Ik fast food ain't for the weak but this is inexcusable (Sept 14 2025 is when i placed the order if yall wanna reimburse.) if i could give zero stars i would... oh and the other quesadilla is BURNT...

DO NOT GET THE CHIPS OR CINNAMON TWIST: I don’t know what they aren’t doing correct but it taste rancid, you can easily smell its bad. Everything else is ok and I’ve tried to tell them they have a problem several times. Finally ann employee said they haven’t been changing the oil and the manager who wouldn’t eat it said it’s fine. I really want to support local business but when I’ve made orders 2 times a week and it’s been bad for a month and they aren’t addressing it and treat me rudely when I’m trying to help I’m done. You lost a loyal Taco Bell customer. It’s not just me, my wife spit it out and said the same thing.

Sandra one of the manger has made it to wear my husband couldn’t pick up our order bc he had to make two complaints because everytime we go there our food is messed up completely! They know my husband bc he used to work there so they trying to refuse service to be petty! Some of these people need to learn to grow up n do there job correctly and not get but hurt when they mess up like a kid

Don’t bother paying for extra cheese on the tacos, because you will NOT receive extra cheese. If you do, check every taco before you leave the parking lot. Also, they skimp on the chipotle sauce in the spicy potato soft taco.
For a Taco Bell I give it a 5 star because they got the order correct! They were polite and super speedy! The place was very clean.

Food itself is great. I've had both breakfast and dinner from here and the food was great. However, I would not order their sweet tea. I've ordered their sweet tea twice and both times, breakfast and dinner on different days, it was watered down and soured. I don't like to make accusations, but it's almost like they make a batch of sweet tea and use it until it's completely gone regardless of if it's soured or not or if it's the end of the day
