Never gets the order right. Even when I order a Dave’s single and they put chicken on it. All the employees look drugged out. The chili is 99% water. The manager is rude and curses at you when you tell them they got your order wrong. I seen multiple roaches in the bathroom. I’ll go to bardstown from now on for Wendy’s.

Kid working the register needs to really focus on school more. I think the French fries must come out of their check because I only got about 10. Worst experience ever at Wendy's

I’ve been to this Wendy’s enough to know two things for certain:
1. The “large coffee” size is apparently a philosophical concept open to interpretation,
2. The night shift runs on vibes, but they’re the good kind.

Day shift once tried to gaslight my wife into believing that a large coffee comes in a small cup. Despite us literally holding a large cup we had just been given days before. The manager got huffy about it like we’d committed some caffeine-related war crime. It was eventually resolved, but only after enough awkward tension to start a Sundance documentary.

Also, the coupon scanner is mysteriously “not working” 99% of the time. No free nuggets for you, peasant.

But let’s talk about the night shift. These legends get everything right. Order’s always perfect. One of them once climbed out of his Mustang window in full drive-thru headset, casually wiped down his car with a dry rag at 10PM while blasting Tokyo Drift. I have no notes. That man is the heart and soul of this Wendy’s.

Two stars because the chaos is real, but the night crew is out here carrying this place like Atlas with a headset.

I go alot 2 or 3 times a week but this has become a repeated problem every time when I order chili cheese fries I only get cheese fries this happens about once a week

Pretty bad experience today. Ahead of me in line was a lady who had a pretty large order, so I figured there would be a bit of a wait; no problem. They didn’t pull the lady ahead of me up, so I waited behind her for several minutes until it was finally my turn. When I got to the window, I was handed my drinks; when I asked for a drink carrier, the employee turns around without saying a word and doesn’t come back for a while. While I’m waiting, the window is wide open and one of the employees is dropping f-bombs loudly. I used to be a QSR manager, and anyone with any sense knows that’s the number 1 thing you don’t do. Once I was handed my food, I had to ask for the drink carrier again and ask for straws. After checking the bag as best I could (they piled everything on top of each other to where I would’ve had to remove every item to see what was at the bottom), I pulled off. The staff were overall very unprofessional, and by the time I left there was a line of cars behind me after being in line for over 30 minutes. Once I got home, I discovered that they forgot dipping sauces, one of our fries, and utensils/napkins.

I definitely got the vibe today that there were only young, inexperienced kids there. Their age is not the issue (I’ve been in their shoes), but their attitude and seeming lack of care is.

Pathetic!!! Avoid it his poorly ran junk restaurant.
If you don’t have the ability to operate based on your advertised hours, I doubt you put any effort into preparing a proper meal.

This place sucks! Waited over 45 mins for a mobile order. Watched about 6-7 cars drive
Off from the drive thru cause no one took their order. We went in and there’s nothing but kids working here. Manager yelling at workers because they gave them too many drinks… never coming back here again
