Ordered a mobile order today 9/28, while I was sitting at a table to get my reward points & a bogo promo. I went up once I placed my order and as soon as the worker was about to start making my order I see a couple gnats flying around and on the ingredients in the containers while the worker completely disregarded the gnats.. I told the worker to not make my order and requested a refund due to the cleanliness of this location and he let me know I needed to request a refund through the app, I submitted a ticket.

The reason I’m even leaving this review is the same food the gnats were on & flying near was never replaced with fresh food and was served to I believe 3 people behind me. Couldn’t recommend this location, went to the Burger King right beside this location and had a great experience.

The people who work at this location are great. However, I was made to wait 15+ minutes for my sandwich to even begin to be made due to Subway's policy indicating that orders placed online are to be prioritized over place-in-person orders. The fact that I had to stand in an empty store for 15+ minutes before I was able to get my order placed is absolutely ridiculous.

We love this subway. Order there at least 1 time a week for the entire family. Always hot and fresh. Very seldom are there any mistakes. Don't listen to the negative comments. You just can't please some people.

Bread was hard as a rock for both subs I got. Got told the flat bread does that when toasted (one of the subs was NOT on flatbread). Woman told me she would have just heated it and not told me she didn't toast it. They also had a kid back there touching everything. Bad.

If the hours are till 10 you should be open until 10. Drove 20 mins out of the way to get 2 subs and they were closed before 9:30

I ordered the same as I always do a meatball and pizza sub with Pep only lightly toasted. Usually they get the order wrong by puttin pizza sauce on the sub when directions call fer pep only. This time they burnt the subs and had to be discarded. Store refused to correct the error...

Young man behind counter hates his job. I asked for a specific thing and he does total opposite. This has happened on several occasions. Im done with this location. Get it together

I went down route 23 and about the Time I was getting really hungry we’ve passed a gas station I seen a Subway in the gas station. So I turned the car around and I headed back to the subway. There was a really nice girl working there. She made sure I had all the food I needed. I had the sandwich, drinks and chips. And when I use the bathroom, I found the bathroom was very clean. I got my food and I ate it all. I was grateful to have it there.
