On November 30, 2024 at 10 AM I went through the drive threw and ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese croissants and 1 medium hash round (fresh) I was given the sandwiches and a small cold hash round. I called the restaurant and spoke with a lady who said that she was the one who pulled the hash round up from the fryer and didn’t know what happened but gave me a $5 credit. We order from Burger King every other day switching from McDonald’s and Burger King and I know how my food should look and taste and it was not near fresh!! Unsatisfied regular customer

6:20 p.m. on Wednesday before T-Day. Four cars in line, 10 minutes later, girl comes on and says she's the only one working... We bounced to Arby's.

Burger King used to be great, but the new Stanford location is very bad. I used to not bother with reviews, but service across the board in the service industry has gotten so bad that I’ve taken to leaving reviews.
I ordered 2 whopper JR’s today right around noon. I should have known something was amiss when there were hardly any cars in the parking lot and only 1 in the drive thru. At lunch time, you would have thought it would be busy. The Arby’s across the street was packed.
When I got the burgers, they were cold. Not lukewarm, but cold. I didn’t have time to go back, so I thought I’d call the restaurant and just make my complaint heard. I didn’t figure they’d care, because if they did, they wouldn’t be handing out cold whoppers. I called and talked to one of the managers and told her that the whoppers were cold. She told me they were not cold and that there was no way that they could be cold. I asked her why I would even be calling if they weren’t cold. I explained that I did not want to refund and I did not have time to come back, but I just wanted to let them know that they had given me cold food and I did not appreciate it. She again told me that they were not cold and there’s no way that they would’ve been cold. I asked again what purpose what I have for calling if they were not cold. I told her I did not want a refund, I did not want them replaced, and I was not trying to get something for nothing. Since that was the case, why would I call and say the burgers were cold when they were not?
She continue to tell me that the burgers were not cold so I thanked her for her time and hung up. It’s crystal clear that the standards are so incredibly low at the Stanford Kentucky Burger King that they serve cold burgers and then argue with the customers who called and ask Why they would be given cold food.
Avoid this Burger King at all costs. There’s a good reason why there were hardly any cars in the parking lot at the busiest time of day when the other fast food places in town were packed.

Waited 15 mins at the drive thru, not even busy and was told to wait a min and when I pulled up to get food was told to pull around front and wait longer and when I got my food 2-3 things was missing, like cmon my 5 year old can do better

It's a new restaurant but it's been open plenty long enough that the service shouldn't be slow. Went on a Thursday around 630 pm. I was the only one in the drive thru but had to sit and wait for my order to even be taken for about 10-15. This is more common than not. This was my last time going. Idk if the issue is not enough employees or just lazy but it's pretty ridiculous and needs resolved otherwise it won't last in this town.

Food has changed so much. Not the restaurant's fault though. Just nowhere near as good as it used to be. The server/employees were nice and delivered the food hot and fresh.

Employees are great however I feel awful for them. Hire more workers because having one or 2 people there at a time is NUTS. Horrible Management!! They only care about money in their pockets instead of their Employees and customers.

Love this place! It's a great place to work, the atmosphere is always lively, great management, and it's always very clean. It's exactly how a restaurant should be. I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 simply because it's fast food so obviously it's not gonna be top notch but it's extremely good for a restaurant and the service is 10/10! Would definitely recommend!
Vegetarian options: They only have one vegetarian option and that's the impossible whopper. I personally think that they need to offer more choices for vegans and vegetarians than just one sandwich

Food is usually good but the service is hit or miss. Some of the workers try to rush you through your order and I always have to pull up front and wait.

It's hard to get service in the morning if you walk in. I prefer to order in person instead of using the drive thru. The parking lot isn't set up for the convenience of dine in customers. The employees use the spots closest to the front door, including the disabled parking spots.
