Ir was terrible not only did I wait 15 min for my order they got it all wrong and to turn around and go back. Now I will say manager was very apologetic and gave me my money back

It is Sunday and I can understand call ins but there is not a reason why any manager should scream at an associate and tell them they cant clock out. Extremely unprofessional. Infant identify the mgr she was wearing a namebadge.

i personally work in fast food so i know all the things that come with the job however if im paying $40+ to eat i at least want the items i pay for. my food is always cold and it never fails that im missing sauces that i pay extra for or actual food items. it take 5 seconds to read a screen and put it in the bag, again i work in fast food and do this every day. won’t be going back, honestly a huge waste of money

Poor customer service. Pulled up to the window to order, was asked to wait since they were behind. That wasn't the issue.... we waited and as we were waiting other driver pulled up to the other window and they took their order first....
This place is a joke waited forever in drive thru ..finely decided to go inside to get something to go …little boy at counter didn’t know anything about anything kept hollering at “Rise” the so-called manager ..she kept running back and forth about son( no one there but myself …finely just walked out ….dont know how they keep the lights on …pathetic

I've never been to a burger king that won't make you what you want after 9:30 pm when your drive thru is open till 11 tried to get the #4 bacon king the girl at drive thru window said they done closed the kitchen basically you could only get what they had in the the back stock already made which was whoppers never had this happen going to a drive thru if your not going to make food why be open till 11

Wll there was only one worker, she couldn't fix a burger because of the grill. I did not get what I was wanting, but the lady that was working fixed me chicken sandwiches and fries, and she did a great job with that.ive got to give good ratings because the one worker made everything else alright and my food was good and I enjoyed.hats of to her. She deserves a raise.she was the voice,the cashier,the cook, and the server.100
