Worse Dairy Queen ever been to. Was passing through traveling the blonde woman at drive thru was so rude. We order chicken strip baskets asked for a bbq sauce she goes that’s going be 97 cent we simply asked we don’t get a sauce with chicken strips. She said you should said you wanted bbq at the drive thru. Terrible service it’s sad nobody takes pride in their jobs anymore and treat customers with common curiosity or respect. Terrible fast food restaurant will never stop at this location again if I’m in the area

My sister did a mobile order for a Valentines treat for my mother, bother, and me, so I go to pick it up and was told they do not have the order, I show them proof that the order was placed and paid for and was to be picked up there and yes it was the correct store. The manager kept telling me she could not do anything about it because it did not show up on their end even though I had proof of the order, if you are a TRUE MANAGER than YES you can do something about it, you can make it right. This manger just kept saying she could not do anything about it, she did not even look at the proof I had. My sister called the store to place the order and was told she needed to place the order through the mobile app., alot of good that did. It is crazy why they would not take her order over the phone than all of this mess could have been avoided. We had a problem last year trying to pick up an order my sister placed, your operation is poor. I will not be eating there anymore.

As prices increase we feel most fast food places are not being competitive on pricing but feel like they all charge way too much. Anyone else feel 10 bucks is too much for two sausage and biscuits? Might just be my age.

God awful place to go to! I ordered a burger and told them at the window that I dont want mayo or tomato on my burger and the guy yelled out and told them. He even said it will be a few minutes on your burger but once I got it low and behold they put mayo on it and my man and I both had took it back in and they refuse to redo it and said their was nothing wrong with it they even refused to give me a refund! On my receipt it even states no mayo or tomato. So guess what im in the process of getting a lawyer because im tired of this Dairy Queen and the way they act and treat people! I have had problems with them before too!

I stopped here for a birthday ice cream cake. It was $31 for a small. Later I saw a better one at Kroger for $21. Also I asked for a cup of water. They gave me a very small(3”) cup. I said this was mighty small. They said the store policy didn’t allow anything larger. Strange with a $31 purchase. On a positive note, the lady did a nice job adding a name and message

I’ve ordered ice cream cakes a couple times with simple instructions on what to write on them. Ever single time it looks like a 5 year old’s penmanship. I specifically asked if there was someone there that can write on cakes and they told me yes. Please do not say that you have someone there that can write on cakes when you clearly do not. I’ve learned my lesson and will no longer be ordering ice cream cakes from the Stanford Dairy Queen.
Located right off of US27 at an intersection with a stop light. Plenty of parking even for large RV's. There is an old gas station across the street ro park at. Food is/was typical DQ taste and quality. Staff was super friendly. They are even hiring!

Mobile app. They turn it off when they do not feel like dealing with it causing orders to be sent elsewhere. Then they will not help you cancel the order that you cannot pick up. They state you need to cancel it in the app with no further directions. The app tells you that you have to call the store.
