Trying to get ice cream for my wife and myself, I said she will not be happy with no chocolate avaliable i said jokingly, (I forgot they only have dipped chocolate cones) I was told she did not care what we liked or didn't like. I'm not sure what started this hateful attitude towards me, the customer is not always right she exclaimed. I just hope the little lady I had to deal with does not get cancer like my wife has and go through chemotherapy, sickness and nausea, or have to deal with un godly acting people that seemingly find joy in others misfortune. Chocolate milk and good chocolate ice cream are a few things she can consume that stays down.

The worst dairy queen you could ever go to. This restaurant does not in any way do good on anything. Have went back through the drive thru the last 3 times to fix the order. Definitely not a well trained staff or poor management happing at this establishment. Hate Burger King breakfast but better than Stanford dairy queen.

Good place to meet halfway between Lexington and Somerset, KY. Had the $7 hamburger combo, which came to the table looking like its posted picture. Outdoor,covered patio was the perfect place to enjoy this DQ treat!

Went to this locations on 04/11/2024 to get food i places online. It wouldnt let me pay online and was more than willing to pay for it but the gentleman who was wearing a blue shirt was rude and yelling saying i want make your food because its not paid for. I will never order from this location again. This was all over a mistake on there end.

They gave me a chili cheese fry in a hotdog box. I’ve worked at DQ in the next town over, they are supposed to be in a white take out box. They charged me 5 bucks for a small fry with 2 spoonfuls of chili. 😵💫

I used to work here. The food is ok, but it's overall pretty bland and has gotten worse over time. Plus you can hear the workers behind the counter gossiping from the back of the restaurant. It's dirty, the food takes an unreasonable amount of time getting to you, and it's usually cold by the time it gets to you. It's ridiculous. The staff are pretty rude too. Most of them anyway. Would NOT recommend

More like 2 1/2 stars. Dining room wasn't the cleanest, girl at cash register wasn't mean but you could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and biscuits in the biscuit and gravy were hard. Had good coffee tho.

I ordered a plain chicken sandwich because I am allergic to lettuce and pickles. My first sandwich was fully dressed. I took it back and they gave me 2 chicken tenders on bread and called it a sandwich.
Dietary restrictions: Ignored that I asked for plain due to allergies and then punishment was delt.

Wow. The staff. Good grief. These people are horrible humans. A manager was constantly talking down to another employee. It was embarrassing to watch. Then, even though there was only 1 other table dining in they required our receipt to get the sundae that came with our meal. They were not friendly to say the least. My chicken strip meal looked like nuggets instead.
