I do not recommend ordering through the little Caesars app. We had items that were forgotten, and the driver (door dash) said they'd be in contact with door dash support and bring that back out to us. We waited a while and hadn't heard anything. Tried calling the store phone number and it gives a message that the mail it isn't accepting messages. Called the order support number from the app and they started a refund process. We had to argue to cancel that, because that would be excessive. We just wanted the items. My husband is now on his way to the store. I'll just use door dash's app next time, because this was ridiculous. The driver isn't at fault, and I hope she doesn't get punished for this.

Young man that took my order was very polite and was very understanding of exactly what ordered. My mom is allergic to all dairy, so ordering a pizza without cheese is hard to understand. Also, explained that last time we ordered half of pizza wasn’t made.( Imagine our surprise when we opened the box only 1/2 was done.) Today was definitely different. The young man told me he would personally make pizza. An excellent pizza he made. Mom is very happy. We will be ordering Little Caesar’s again. Thank you for the wonderful pizza
