My friend's just treated rude by the drive through lady that works there an they work there an can't get free food or drinks only manager allowed to get free food and drinks the lady was rude when she said that.

I order from here a lot, both pickup and delivery. The employees here are always kind and when there are issues they are quick and kind fixing them. They always make me smile. (They gave roses to Mom's for Mother's Day. Very touching, and I love it. part of an older review)

Cold fries, cold burgers, OLD sitting out food. This is absolutely despicable. Would yall feed your kids this? As a former fast food manager I'd never allow my staff to serve below par food. Cold old nasty food. No I won't be calling the store, I'm going higher. Do better. Before you hand out food think about if you'd feed it to your family.

Went into McDonald’s to place a carry out order and was the only person at the counter waiting to order; I waited and waited and waited! I stood at the counter for more than seven minutes before anyone acknowledged me and took my order. I have a physical disability that causes extreme pain standing in one place. The employees seen me standing there but everyone put their priority on the drive-thru customers. Yea I want fast service when I’m in the drive thru but I feel if someone takes the effort to walk inside to order, they are just as, if not more important of a customer. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!
