Wow, customer service is awful. Couldn't get order correct, drive thru girl was rude, unprofessional and couldn't handle more than 3 cars in drive-thru. Gave us partially wrapped burger.....

We hit this business every morning for breakfast. The staff is always friendly and efficient

Went into McDonald’s to place a carry out order and was the only person at the counter waiting to order; I waited and waited and waited!
I stood at the counter for more than seven minutes before anyone acknowledged me and took my order. I have a physical disability that causes extreme pain standing in one place.
The employees seen me standing there but everyone put their priority on the drive-thru customers.
Yea I want fast service when I’m in the drive thru but I feel if someone takes the effort to walk inside to order, they are just as, if not more important of a customer.

Usually I would rate this higher, but I’m going to go based off last interaction. So we ordered our food I got home the sandwiches for my gf were completely wrong. I called 20 times no joke, I actually probably will take screenshot of call log. I called 20 times no answer, it wasn’t lunch rush or anything. You know I was upset much until I was completely ignored when I just wanted to let them know the mistake, but when I got ignored this much it honestly pissed me off more. If you are going to run a business learn to answer your phone. I feel like they didn’t answer it because they knew they messed up something and didn’t want to listen or even fix it.

This breakfast crew needs new management or new training to get it together. I always order the big breakfast with pancakes last week I didn't get any butter for my pancakes this week I didn't get any syrup or silverware this is so unacceptable wasting my time and my money for food that won't get eaten or having to go back and wait in line again just to get something that should have been there in the first place. And you can't call to say anything about it because the phone line is always busy . And I'm just fed up with it get your act together Or don't call yourself a McDonald's.
