count your days bc i swear ?i ordered ahead 2 milkshakes and i kid you not jesse riddle brings them out there clearly not mixed bc the chocolate syrup what on top with whipped cream over one, so i sent it back and they only mixed one of them and sent me back with the strawberry banana not mixed and no banana just strawberry. and louise brings them back out and runs away before i can even say anything.

the place has come a long way since hitting a bad runt for a few years. everything always tastes pretty good, and the people are always nice.Parking: it's sonic.. you park where you order food. it's nice.Kid-friendliness: they have ice cream, milkshakes ,and other pretty cool foods/drinks kids can enjoy. plus an outdoor sitti g area that's good for loud children to sit and eat foodWheelchair accessibility: it's outdoor eating /drive up eating

Not sure what's going on at this location. Pulled up to the drive thru, and I was told to hold on. Waiting waiting. Truck pulled up behind me. Waiting Waiting. He gave up and left. Waiting Waiting. I said "whenever you all are ready". Waiting Waiting. Then I asked "are yal still open?" Waiting Waiting. Another truck pulls up behind me, this time one with a trailer. Waiting Waiting. I hung my head out the window to let him know how long I'd been there with no answer and that the last guy gave up and drove off. Still nothing. I finally pulled around into a space once two cars had pulled up behind him, so that maybe he could pull around to the window to order--since he has a trailer and of course cant pull into a spot.Was nearly immediately able to put my order in once I pulled into a space.I know people are understaffed and they're probably doing the best they can with the tiny pay people get at these places. And I'm not in a huge rush, so the wait is not a big deal. But it literally takes 10 seconds to just say they're backed up and it's probably going to be a long wait. Or even just put a sign up saying "please pull into a space, drive thru is out of order"This store needs some help.

Sonic use to have the best burger of all the fast food restaurants. Now their burgers are more soybeans than beef. I don't know how they can say they are 100% pure beef. If they are there all freezer burnt. Sorriest burger out there. I'm so disappointed.

This happened just a few minutes ago and I’m pissed. I had ordered my food and the total came out to 14.29 The pay screen was messed up and when I went to pay it put a 20.00 tip on there. It accepted and when I asked the carhop Ashley for a refund she went to ask her manager. Ashley was amazing, her customer service was great. She came back and told me her manager didn’t know how to fix it so I suggested to just refund the whole meal and charge me again for what I actually owed, of course I would tip but not $20 on a $15 bill. She went and asked her manager but apparently they couldn’t do that. So now here I am stuck with a $34.29 bill when I only only got $14.29 worth of food. Like I said before, Ashley was great but I am not happy with the manager.

The hours of operation for Stanford Sonic drive through is 12 am. so can someone explain as to why I drive through at 11:30 and they are closed?!? I mean come on! Update your website, turn off the lights to your sign... make it obvious that you are closed!

I’ve lived in Stanford for a year now & every time I come to this Sonic, the service is TERRIBLE. You sit in line literally for 30 minutes. This place needs new/better management! It’s ridiculous.
