Ordered online. Went through on my card waited 15 minutes before I showed up to pickup my two subs. Told me it didn't go through when it clearly took out the card. And had to dispute it on my credit card. Its like they canceled because that app told me it was ready. I wouldn't recommend. Drive to Danville or Lancaster.

Downed toaster every time, final straw is the new employees being horribly rude to the people in front of me just ordering their food. Then not understanding my question about why my order was cancelled as soon as I got to the restaurant after my drive. Wouldn’t let me reorder with the same deal I had, still took my money (I understand that gets refunded eventually) and then got upset that I decided to then leave instead of paying $24 more dollars for food. I understand hating your job, but I didn’t force you to work there and neither did the couple in front of me.

Food was ok. No issues. My problem is that at my local store I can't use the national advertisements deals?? I haven't been back much simply because if I eat out I have to use coupons. I can get similar food and more often than not I get more for less than subway because of coupons!!

The last 3 times we have ordered our food from here on the app something has been messed up with our food. They don't pay attention to the online orders and their customer service isn't the best either.

We actually frequent several different subways because we enjoy the healthy options. The experience was definitely different than most. We had placed a to-go order, and when we arrived, the employees were complaining that they hated fixing large to-go orders in front of the other customers. They were out of multiple items that we asked for and were very unfriendly when explaining our options. By far, it is our worst experience ever at a Subway. After being treated very disrespectful multiple times, because my wife explained that we were not in a hurry, they could serve the other customers first. The 2 employees that were there, one female and one male still continued to complain to everyone that came in the door and would point her out that it was her fault that it would be a while. Roxy came in right before the order was finished and treated her much better, and she was very thankful.
This was Sunday, June 23rd. It was 54 minutes from the time we placed the order to when we got it.

If I could give zero stars I would, I always order the same exact sandwich every time I go and the last three times I went the food has been a different variation every single time. This time the toppings were all wrong, wrong cheese, wasn’t cut, and the bottom of the bread was so soggy I couldn’t even pick it up, but the top of the bread was so hard I couldn’t even bite it. I called to complain and ask for a refund, and was hung up on after the girl rudely said she there’s nothing she can do.

Rating would be higher, but they are never open after 8:30 when I try and go. There's two women that work there that are really awesome and make a great sandwich though. Just sucks they don't honor the hours on their door.

Didn’t get the lady’s name who made my sandwiches, but she announced out loud 3 times that her money had fallen out of her bra, she touched the money with her gloves then proceeded to continue to make my food without changing her gloves or washing her hands. Ordered on December 22nd at 3:50. So maybe they check the cameras.

Asked for an everything sandwich at 10:30am. The first girl was very nice and was willing to do it but when her “mom” came out the mother was very rude. She kept repeating “it’s not possible” and questioned all my choices and was just over all ver rude. I will never go there again.
