Food was ok. No issues. My problem is that at my local store I can't use the national advertisements deals?? I haven't been back much simply because if I eat out I have to use coupons. I can get similar food and more often than not I get more for less than subway because of coupons!!

Ordered a Grand Slam Ham on wheat. Got it on white little to no ham. Called about it and was told nothing can be done about it.

The last 3 times we have ordered our food from here on the app something has been messed up with our food. They don't pay attention to the online orders and their customer service isn't the best either.

We actually frequent several different subways because we enjoy the healthy options. The experience was definitely different than most. We had placed a to-go order, and when we arrived, the employees were complaining that they hated fixing large to-go orders in front of the other customers. They were out of multiple items that we asked for and were very unfriendly when explaining our options. By far, it is our worst experience ever at a Subway. After being treated very disrespectful multiple times, because my wife explained that we were not in a hurry, they could serve the other customers first. The 2 employees that were there, one female and one male still continued to complain to everyone that came in the door and would point her out that it was her fault that it would be a while. Roxy came in right before the order was finished and treated her much better, and she was very thankful.
This was Sunday, June 23rd. It was 54 minutes from the time we placed the order to when we got it.

If I could give zero stars I would, I always order the same exact sandwich every time I go and the last three times I went the food has been a different variation every single time. This time the toppings were all wrong, wrong cheese, wasn’t cut, and the bottom of the bread was so soggy I couldn’t even pick it up, but the top of the bread was so hard I couldn’t even bite it. I called to complain and ask for a refund, and was hung up on after the girl rudely said she there’s nothing she can do.

refused to make my food when they still had 30 minutes before close. the lady said “we close in 10 minutes so i’m not taking your order” even though it was 8:30pm.

Rating would be higher, but they are never open after 8:30 when I try and go. There's two women that work there that are really awesome and make a great sandwich though. Just sucks they don't honor the hours on their door.

Didn’t get the lady’s name who made my sandwiches, but she announced out loud 3 times that her money had fallen out of her bra, she touched the money with her gloves then proceeded to continue to make my food without changing her gloves or washing her hands. Ordered on December 22nd at 3:50. So maybe they check the cameras.

Asked for an everything sandwich at 10:30am. The first girl was very nice and was willing to do it but when her “mom” came out the mother was very rude. She kept repeating “it’s not possible” and questioned all my choices and was just over all ver rude. I will never go there again.

Got two 12 inch subs for lunch today. We were excited because our last experience here was great! NOT THIS TIME! The only thing I could view thru glass was veggies and when I got home I knew why. The subs are cut in half, like skinny almost like a hotdog bun. I didn't get my two meats I asked for only one, and there wasn't much veggies due to not enough room because the bread is skinnier. Definitely not happy this time!
I don't know if it's because I order through the app, but its been disappointing the last few times I've ordered. I ordered a salad today and the spinach was wilted, barely any chicken, and if there was a green pepper, it was a single piece.
I've also have had missing toppings in the past ordering subs.
